Zeon is the licensed manufacturer and distributor of Braun watches and clocks and is
one of the largest watch manufacturers and distributors in the UK.
All our watches and clocks come with a full manufacturer’s guarantee which is only
valid with your proof of purchase. The guarantee period for Braun watches and
clocks is two years. We recommend that you read the guarantee so that you are
familiar with what it does and does not cover. You can also register your guarantee
on our main homepage. Refund policy
We offer all our customers 28 days to change your mind on any of your purchases
from this website.
To qualify for this, the item(s) must be in unused and brand new condition and must
be returned with the entire original box, instructions, guarantee and all extras (CDROMs etc.).
When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in it's
in original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly
as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the email has been
processed. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days, but please allow up to a
maximum of 30 days for the refund to be processed.
You should return the product to us using a signed for service where a tracking
number is provided. This also applies to customers from outside the UK. Returns

All returns are inspected to ensure that the item has not been used, and are refunded
within 30 days of cancellation. We will refund the original purchase cost excluding
any shipping costs, we do not charge a 're-stocking' fee.

Returns policy
You have a full 28 day returns policy from the day you receive the goods. As long as
the watch is returned within this period and in pristine, unworn and re-saleable
condition, you can have an exchange or a full refund. Your statutory rights are not
affected.
Can I exchange the watch or clock I ordered for a different one?
Yes, as long as you return it to us within 28 days of receipt and in pristine condition.
We may extend the exchange period depending upon individual circumstances.
There is a problem with my order, what should I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty or not what you ordered
from our site then you can return it to us and we will exchange it for you. In these
circumstances we will also refund any postal costs incurred by you to return the
timepiece to us once the fault has been identified. Please note: if you are returning
an item for repair or refund, please note on customs form that the item is for repair
and has no commercial value. Any items held up in customs will automatically be
resent to sender. Please note this only applies to products purchased from
www.braun-clocks.com and does not apply to items purchased from our retail
partners or other websites.
We (and any of our service centers above) are only able to provide product service
for a Braun clock, watch or calculator that was produced. For products made before
2010, product service is unfortunately not available anymore, except in Germany. If
you bought your product in Germany please contact www.servicecenter-walzer.de
who may be able to assist.
To check if a product was made before or after 2010, please look at the product code
at the back of the product. If the product code starts with BN, BNC or BNE then this is
a new product produced after 2010. Any other product code shown will mean that the
product is from before 2010.
If the watch does develop a fault which is covered by the guarantee then you can
return the item to us where we will rectify the issue within a reasonable time. Please
include the warranty and a copy of the delivery note (Proof of purchase). When
returning the watch for repair (please do not return in original packaging) and send
with the proof of purchase, a cover letter outlining your requirements and £10 (£15 if
outside of the UK) cheque or postal order made payable to The service Centre to
cover packing, handling, insurance and return postage to:

2 jaar garantie op fabricage- en materiaalfouten (behalve batterijen). Deze garantie is
alleen geldig in die landen, waar het product officieel wordt verkocht.
Gebroken of beschadigde lensen (wekkers) of schermen (calculatoren) vallen niet
onder de garantie.

Garantie horloges
De fabrikant en de aangewezen distributeurs geven een garantie van twee jaar op
fabricage en materiaalfouten aan uw horloge. De garantie is geldig in de landen waar
het uurwerk officieel wordt verkocht. Onze reparateurs dienen te beoordelen of een
fout onder de garantiebepalingen valt. Bovendien moet bij aanspraak op garantie het
originele garantiebewijs met stempel van de verkoper, dan wel de aankoopfactuur
overlegd worden. Batterij, gebroken of gebarsten lensschermen worden niet gedekt
door de garantie.
