Thank you for enrolling with Diversity NI Training Centre. Please find bellow additional information as part of your enrolment process. CANCELLATION OF COURSES Diversity NI Training Centre will make every endeavour to run all advertised courses. However, all courses are required to have minimum number of students in order to contribute to operating costs. In some cases classes may have to be cancelled. REFUND POLICY Refunds will only be given in the following circumstances 1. Where a course is cancelled by Diversity NI students will be offered wither a place on a suitable alternative course or a full refund. 2. Where a student has provided with a written notification to Diversity NI at least 10 working days before the course commences and has not attended any of the course classes. 3. If the time or date of the course has changed and it is no longer suitable for the student to attend. Written notification is required. Refunds will normally be processed in 30 working days.
