Thank you my friend for your great support.I agree with Your worries but I want you to be
sure that now we have stability and this conflict area is far from Nakhchivan. Also we have
in Baku Nakhchivan and other city's International forms events don't be worry for any danger
our state guaranteed for security.
Also I would like you to know that for German team we have separate excursion with guide
who know German language will take your team to all beautiful place in Nakhchivan.
I hope and will do everything best you and your team will have good time during this
championship.

In germany we heard a lot of bad news about the war in your country.
So it is very important for us to have more informations about the situation in your country.

Hallo Jürgen,
Ich habe so gerade mal in der Rudi Seidel Webseite nachgeschaut ob er die letzte
Mitteilung, die ich vorigen Dienstag auf Anwesiung des Veranstalters an viele Mails
geschickt habe, veröffentlicht hat. Wie ich gesehen habe ist die Mitteilung jedoch nicht
veröffentlicht. Einige einzelne Deutsche Masters habe ich die gleiche mail geschickt. Ich
weiß natürlich nicht inwiefern das auf eure letzte Versammlung angesprochen wurde, die
so wie ich verstanden habe nach dem 19-04 stattfand.
Ich muß dazu sagen, das nur Deutschland diese große Bedenken hat nachdem ich die
Mail unten rausgeschickt habe.

Dear All,
Please note the following information from the organizer
Natig Aghayev:
Mr. Aghayev reassures all of us that the visit to and in
Azerbaijan is
safe, there will be no problems whatsoever, despite the
news we hear!!
On the contrary he notified me that other sports will their
international competition around and during our European
Masters
Championships. It means that many athletes will visit
Azerbaijan and we
kindly ask all the national delegates to remind your
athletes that each
visitor entering Azerbaijan must sent as soon as possible
his valid
passport (atleast still valid for 6 months from the date of
arrival) and
an electronic photo to the organizer's email: [email protected]
Mr. Aghayev will try to make sure that the visa procedure
will be speed
up at the airports so that nobody has to wait for hours.
All family and friends accompanied must go through the same
procedure.
No embassy needed for all!!
Mr. Aghayev also noted that he will arrange excursions for
all in place!
Everybody is very welcome.
