Hierin ligt besloten dat leveranciers zich kunnen kwalificeren om de Nationale Bibliotheekkaart te mogen produceren. De leveranciers die in dit document zijn opgenomen hebben na een geslaagde acceptatieprocedure het keurmerk Nationale Bibliotheekkaart Aanbieder verworven. Dit document wordt bijgewerkt wanneer een nieuwe leverancier zich aandient.
