第一部講演
日韓のメディアに見られる言語変化の対比：文法化の観点から

講演内容
本発表では日本と韓国のメディア（インターネット、ツイッター、テレビ番組など）に特徴的な
言語表現について取り上げる。特にこれまであまり見られなかった、連体形止めの引用表現
（「tanun」「と（って）いう」「みたいな」）、韓国語の尊敬の接辞「si」を用いた敬語の過剰
使用現象などに注目し、その語用論的機能を分析する。さらに、文法化における（間）主観化の
メカニズムと関連づけて考察を行い、両言語間の類似点と相違点について述べる。

Subjectification and Intersubjectification in Grammaticalization in Korean

講演内容
Grammaticalization is often characterized to involve subjectification and intersubjectification (Traugott
2003). Focusing on (inter)subjectification, I describe the grammaticalization processes of certain
connectives, sentence-final particles, and discourse markers in Korean, analyze the cognitive mechanisms
behind them, and discuss their implications in the study of grammar with respect to morphosyntactic,
semantic, and functional innovations (cf. Koo 2010, Rhee 2014, inter alia). In particular, I discuss how
gradual, and often imperceptible, micro-level changes can lead to macro-level paradigmatic re-organization
as a result of their cumulative effect.
