耐熱合金やSUS、チタンなどの非鉄材料の高能率・高精度な総型
加工に対応したハイレシプロ総型研削盤。マシンへの寄り付きが
よく量産部品のライン化、自動加工への対応も容易です。
High reciprocating form fabrication grinder to meet efficient and accurate form
machining of heat-resistant alloys, SUS, titanium and other non-ferrous materials.
Thanks to high accessibility to the machine, mass production of parts can easily be
integrated into an automated production line.
②精度も能率も高める「ハイレシプロ研削」。
2.High reciprocating grinding with better accuracy and efficiency
1passの切込み量は小さく、テーブル反転を高め、熱の発生と砥
石摩耗を抑え、高精度な加工を実現するハイレシプロ加工原理を
活用。400反転/min（＊設定60mmストローク時）の高速テーブル
反転とφ250∼450サイズの砥石で高能率・高精度な加工を実現。
The high reciprocating machining principle allows a small infeed amount per a stroke
and high-speed table reversal, thus minimizing heat generation and wheel wear and
achieving accurate machining. High-speed table reversal at 400times/min. (*setting at 20
mm stroke) and a φ250 - 450 grinding wheel achieves unprecedented accurate and
efficient machining.
③「長期に亘って、高い精度を維持」する本物のマシン。
3.A machine to maintain optimal accuracy over time
テーブル左右軸に、ナガセ独自の多面拘束非接触案内を採用。高
速テーブル反転時も振動や熱の発生が極少で、高速動作時にもテ
ーブル高さの変動がなく、高い真直精度を誇ります。さらに長期
にわたる稼働においても、機械精度の劣化が極少です。
Nagase's unique non-contact and polyhedral constraint hydrostatic guideway is
introduced in the table right/left axis to restrict vibration and heat generation during
high-speed reverse table rotation and to eliminate fluctuation of table height during
high-speed operation. This leads to optimal straightness and minimal deterioration of
machine accuracy over long periods of operation.
④「作業能率」「コストパフォーマンス」を高める工夫。
砥石上部にはロータリードレッサ（OP）をはじめ、加工内容に合
わせたドレッサの設置が可能です。さらに、最新型の制御ソフト
「Zero series」を搭載。砥石形状・加工条件の設定や保存が容
易です。また複数台導入時には、タンク等の共有によりスペース
及び導入コストを削減することも可能です（要相談）。
4.Various means to enhance working efficiency & cost performance
A rotary dresser (optional) and other types of dressers suited to the machining contents
can be mounted above the grinding wheel. In addition, the latest control software in
the "Zero series" is also equipped to ease the setting and storing grinding wheel shapes
and cutting conditions. By installing several units of machines, a tank, etc. can be
shared to reduce installation space and introduction cost (upon consultation).
