PROCESS ENGINEERING

LKL Staal controls the whole production
process from order to delivery. Our expertise
complemented with simulation software result
in short production times and high reliability.

supplied in fully machined condition and
including surface treatment. LKL Staal
focusses on turnkey delivery, which means

supply chain.
CONVERTING WELDMENTS INTO CASTINGS
A proven succesful method for lowering the cost price of products is to convert a welding
(fabrication) into casting. This saves labour time, material and it often improves the
functional properties of the product.

LKL CNC MACHINING DIVISION IN CHINA
Precision machining is a real challenge in China. It often leads to high
rejection rates and delays in delivery time.
To guarantee product quality and delivery performance LKL will produce critical
components in its own Machining Division in Wuxi
Besides processing of casted and forged parts, products machined from bar/plate can also
be delivered.
All processes are carried out under Dutch management.

LKL Staal maps out your desired quality and secures it, so that costs
of rejection and inspection can be reduced.
LKL Wuxi has a fully equipped material science laboratory where,
independent from the factories, the following inspections can be
performed:

- Material structure analysis
- Mechanical material analysis
- Magnetic particle inspection
Dimensional control takes place according to your specifications.
Products will only be shipped out after full QC approval.
This results in lower costs and high delivery reliability!
LKL LOGISTICS
Products are packed optimally to ensure efficient transport. Your packing requirements will be
our starting point. Packaging with your logo, specific dimensions and material are possibile.
The LKL logistics department works with various logistic models. From delivery of full containers
directly to the customer, to a kanban model in which automatically generated customer orders
are delivered by courier daily.
By request LKL Staal can keep stock for you, both in China and The Netherlands. This ensures
a high delivery flexibility.
We can assist you in optimizing your stock levels and inform you about the logistical status
of your product. This results in an efficient supply chain organization, which LKL Staal monitors
for you.
