Business/Start-up Development Specialist (60-100%)

Join the Wingtra team and be part of this fast growing spin-off from ETH. We develop new aerial
robots which unite the superiorities of planes and helicopters regarding efficiency and maneuverability.
These have the potential to improve search & rescue chains, wildlife protection, data collection for
science, reduce fertilizer usage and change the supply chain system by introducing direct producer to
customer transportation links. As a
Business/Start-up Development Specialist (60-100%)
you are responsible to build up a lean and well functioning business department. Be part of
the exceptional launch of our product. Together with our designer you will lead unusual marketing
activities and high level communication with stakeholders from business and science. You will raise
further fundings, work on share and option plans and reflect them in a well organized accounting. We
look for people who take responsibilities and have the drive to promote the project. Depending on
your interests, skills and dedication you will take over tasks. We will enter the market within the next

Responsibilities
• Key account management and communication

• Raise funds, make finance plans and organize accounting
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor in Business Administration or
equal
• Willingness to work in different areas:
marketing, accounting / finance, HR, key
account management
• Great research / market analysis skills, capability of doing cold calls
• Proactive, independent, demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with
others
• Fluent in English / excellent writing skills
• Process design and implementation for accounting and controlling
• Document your work to secure continuity
Preferred Skills
• Master in Business Administration or
equal
• Relevant business development / startup
experience
• Experience in a technical / science environment
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage
multiple projects at a time while paying
strict attention to details
• Experience in high level communication
• Fluent in German
