Scavaraccoglipatate trainata con escavatore fuori fila, il pick-up è dotato di
due dischi tagliaerba montati su molle, il rullo che regola la profondità di
scavo è trainato, garantendo la profondità di scavo costante, il vomere è a tre vanghe
con inclinazione regolabile. Il primo nastro scavatore (larg. 80 cm) è posto in posizione
leggermente inclinata, per effettuare la prima sterratura, il prodotto viene poi immesso
nel nastro elevatore (larg. 85 cm) sul quale è posto il defogliatore a maglie larghe (larg.
85 cm). Dal nastro elevatore, il prodotto passa sul primo nastro a riccio (larg. 80 cm),
per essere poi convogliato tramite due rulli in gomma, nel secondo nastro a riccio
a velocità variabile (larg. 70 cm). Sul secondo nastro a riccio è montato un separatore
a dita girevoli in gomma (2 fila), regolabile in altezza, inclinazione e velocità, il quale
immette il prodotto nella tavola di cernita. La tavola di cernita è larga 70 cm ed è posta
in posizione orizzontale, consentendo agli operatori di lavorare comodamente
(4-6 persone). Sulla tavola di cernita, vi sono i rulli selettori (4 fila) regolabili in larghezza,
con relativo box sottostante per le piccole patate. Il prodotto viene poi immesso nella
tramoggia a fondo mobile, la quale può contenere 4,0 t di prodotto e scaricare a
3,9 m di altezza.
Potato harvester with lateral digger. The pick up is equipped with two grasscutting discs fitted on springs and the roller that sets the digging depths is
drawn, thus ensuring a constant digging depth. Three-spade share with adjustable tilt
angle. The first digging belt (80 cm wide) is positioned slightly tilted in order to perform
the first digging operation. Then, the product is positioned on the elevator belt (85 cm
wide) where the wide-mesh defoliating belt is located (85 cm wide).
From the elevator belt, the product is then conveyed onto the first hedgehog belt (80
cm wide) and then is transported by means of two rubber rollers to the second hedgehog
belt (70 cm wide) with adjustable speed. A rubber product separator (2 rows) with
rotary fingers, which is adjustable in height, tilting and speed is fitted to the second
hedgehog belt. The separator conveys the product into the sorting table. The sorting
table is 70 cm wide and is positioned horizontally, thus enabling the operators to move
freely. (4 to 6 people). The sorting rollers (4th row) are provided on the sorting table.
They are adjustable in height and are equipped with underneath box for small potatoes.
The product is then conveyed into the hopper with mobile bottom, which can contain
4.0 tons of product and unloads at a height of 3.9 m.
Cosechadora de patatas remolcada con cabezal para trabajar fuera del
surco, el cabazal recogedor está provisto de dos discos segadores montados
sobre muelles, el diábolo que regula la profundidad de excavación está remolcado,
garantizando una profundidad de excavación constante, el cabezal dispone de tres
rejas con inclinación regulable. La primara cinta recogedora (80 cm de anchura) está
colocada en una posición ligeramente inclinada para efectuar la primera recoleccion,
el producto se coloca luego en la cinta elevadora (85 cm de anchura) en la que está
colocada la cinta de hierba de mallas anchas (85 cm de anchura).
De la cinta elevadora, el producto pasa a la primera cinta de erizo (80 cm de anchura),
para ser conducido luego, mediante dos rodillos de goma, a la segunda cinta erizo de
velocidad variable (70 cm. de anchura). En la segunda cinta de erizo hay montado un
separador con dedos giratorios de goma (2 filas), de altura, inclinación y velocidad
regulables, que pone el producto en la mesa de selección. La mesa de selección mide
70 cm de anchura y está colocada en posición horizontal, permitiendo que los trabajadores
trabajen cómodamente (4-6 personas). En la mesa de selección están los rodillos de
calibrado o de criba de suciedad (4 filas) de anchura regulable, con el cajón subyacente
para extraer las patatas pequeñas. El producto se coloca luego en la tolva de fondo
móvil, que puede contener 4,0 t. de producto y descargar a 3,9 metros de altura.

Die Aufnahme ist mit zwei gefederten Mähscheiben ausgestattet. Die Rolle
für die Einstellung der Grabungstiefe wird gezogen und gewährleistet eine konstante
Grabungstiefe. Die Schar mit drei Spaten verfügt über eine einstellbare Neigung. Das
erste Grabungsband (Breite 80 cm) wurde für die Ausführung des ersten Aufbruchs
leicht geneigt. Das Produkt wird dann auf das Elevator-Band (Breite 85 cm) geführt,
auf dem sich der weitmaschige Entkrauter (Breite 85 cm) befindet.
Vom Elevator-Band läuft das Produkt auf das erste Stachel-Band (Breite 80 cm) und
wird dann über zwei Gummi-Rollen auf das zweite Stachel-Band (Breite 70 cm) mit
variabler Geschwindigkeit verbracht. Auf dem zweiten Stachel-Band ist eine VerleseVorrichtung mit Drehfingern aus Gummi (2 Reihen) montiert, die hinsichtlich der Höhe,
der Neigung und der Geschwindigkeit einstellbar ist und die Produkte auf den Sortiertisch
befördert. Der Sortiertisch weist eine Breite von 70 cm auf und befindet sich in
horizontaler und damit für die Arbeiter bequemer Arbeitsposition (für 4-6 Personen).
Auf dem Sortiertisch befinden sich Sortierrollen (4 Reihen) mit regulierbarer Breite mit
dem entsprechenden Auffangbehälter für kleine Kartoffeln. Das Produkt wird dann in
den Rollbodenbunker mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 4,0 t und einer Entladehöhe
von 3,9 m eingeführt.
