43rd INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION OF INVENTIONS OF GENEVA:
EXHIBITORS DELIGHTED AND ALMOST 60’000 ENTHUSIASTIC
VISITORS
The 43rd edition of the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva closed its doors
today: exhibitors and organizers were satisfied. The number of visitors was almost the
same as last year, 58’325 in five days. Exhibitors are also smiling because of the contacts
they established and the business they negotiated.
With 752 participants - from a record of 48 countries - and around 1’000 inventions, the
International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva has confirmed its position as the world’s
most important specialized meeting place. Many exhibitors have done good business
during the show. It attracts investors and companies from throughout the world. Ever
more serious and professional, the exhibition was this year host to a large number of
inventions in the fields of medecine and health, the environment, ecology and security.
Mr. Jean-Luc Vincent, Founding-President of the exhibition declared that «once again,
with this record number of countries participating, the universality of our Exhibition is
confirmed. It is a not-to-be-missed meeting point in the world of invention, a fact that all
concerned recognise. The level of some inventions is so high that we could have awarded
several Grand Prix this year».
The next edition is to take place from the 13th to the 17th April 2016.
