If you want to continue to use your network account for the next annual period, please apply again before the next period begins. Without your application, your account will be deleted at the beginning of the next period.  Users are responsible for whatever happens to their data.  Users can access KGU network services for another month after their retirement.  After your account is registered, please log in to KGU web mail service to find out which address was accepted.
