Neues mit Version 7.00.p27.07 Seite 1 MISCELLANEOUS On 01.04.2015 a new RailMaster Version 7.00.p27.07 will be loaded. This RailMaster Version includes changes, enhancements and corrections. ENHANCEMENTS Print and e-mail itinerary On itineraries (Reiseverbindungen) a QR Code is printed now. This also applies to itineraries which are sent via e-mail out of RailMaster using the “E-Mail Rail Itinerary” function. With this innovative solution you will offer your clients the possibility to check the latest status of their rail itinerary mobile while they are travelling. Neues mit Version 7.00.p27.07 Seite 2 How does it work? 1. The traveler must have a Smartphone with a Barcode Scanner App installed. 2. The traveler scans with the Barcode Scanner App the QR Code from the printed itinerary (Reiseverbindung). 3. An URL is displayed. 4. With a click on this created URL the traveler is directed to the mobile site of "Deutsche Bahn - Verbindungen - Ihre Auskunft". Following information appears on the Smartphone. With a click on e.g. on the time following detailed information is shown: Neues mit Version 7.00.p27.07 Seite 3 Payment Method In the screen „Customer Profile“ a new „Payment Method“ was added. From now on the payment method „girocard“ can be selected from the drop-down menu. Please be aware that the cash settlement/clearing of a “girocard” (formerly known as ec-card) payment is in your responsibility and will not be done via RailMaster. The Payment Method „girocard“ is printed on the ticket with following description text: „EC-AGENTUR“ Neues mit Version 7.00.p27.07 Seite 4 Sale Change/Add-on – Old Ticket Under „Tariff Type DB“ the drop down-menu content is sorted now from Z to A and not from A to Z anymore. This reduces scrolling and allows a faster access to the relevant offers like “Sparpreis Gruppe”. Neues mit Version 7.00.p27.07 Seite 5 Train routes / Journey Course You can display the complete route of a specific train e.g. ICE, EC/IC and RE trains via RailMaster. NEW: This function is also now available for trains operating purely outside of Germany, e.g. Warszawa to Praha! You can display the complete route of a specific train using the mask "Ticket Issuance" or the mask "Booking File Overview". Mask "Ticket Issuance" With a right mouse click on the train number a menu opens. Click on „Journey Course“ and the information from bahn.de will be displayed.
