Couples celebrating their 25th, 50th or 65th
or higher wedding anniversary celebrations
in 2015 are invited to attend a special liturgy
and reception honoring these couples at Our
Lady of Mercy Church, 445 Marquette Ave.
in Baton Rouge. On February 8, 2015 at 3:00,
Bishop Robert W. Muench will celebrate this Mass and host
the honored couples and their family members. Please call
the church office at 753-5750 ext. 10 so we can obtain the
proper information required to register you and your
spouse. Family members are also invited to attend. Please
call to make plans now so accommodations for everyone
can be made for those celebrating this significant milestone

SEELOS HEALING MASS AND ANOINTING
In the Name of Jesus Be Healed ! Celebrate
the birthday healing Mass with the
Sacrament of Anointing on Sunday January
11, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the National Seelos
Shrine at St. Mary’s Assumption Church
located at 919 Josephine Street in New
Orleans. Confessions will be held before
Mass and there will also be the veneration of a relic
missionary Crucifix. The facility is wheelchair accessible
with a free parking lot. A one on one intercessory prayer
can be found in the back of Church and in the shrine

practical, entertaining, fun nine (9) week class to help us be
better managers of our finances following a plan to achieve
and live debt-free lives. The 1 1/2 hour sessions will be
held on Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm beginning January
22, 2015 in the STM activity center. The cost is $93.00 per

PRAYER SERVICE TO CELEBRATE LIFE
On January 23, 2015 St. Patrick will offer a special service in
celebration of life on the eve of the Baton Rouge Life
March. The prayer service will include exposition of the
Blessed Sacrament, Celebration of Life Rosary and
Benediction. The prayer service will be from 6:30 to 7:30
pm in the church.
