Dr. Charles Scherbaum is the founder of Cielo Management Consulting, a leading New
York consulting firm. Dr. Scherbaum is an expert in analytics, employee research methods,
assessment, employee staffing, and employee attitudes. He has been involved in numerous
analytics projects involving employee and organizational data for global organizations in a
variety of industries.
Dr. Scherbaum regularly presents his research and consulting work across the globe and
publishes the results of his research in peer-reviewed publications including Personnel
Psychology, Organizational Research Methods, Educational and Psychological Measurement,
and Leadership Quarterly. His research on intelligence testing won the 2011 M. Scott Myers
Award for Applied Research in the Workplace from the Society for Industrial and Organizational
Psychology. He teaches and consults on HR analytics, research methods, and human capital
