Warm-ups will begin at 4:10PM for away teams (AMFY, HHY and MCY).
Meet begins at 5:00PM. The gymnasium will not be available until
4:00PM so please plan accordingly. Warm-up schedule:
4:10 – 4:25
HHY
4:25 – 4:40
MCY
4:40 – 4:55
AMFY
FACILITIES:
The meet will be conducted at the Kleptz YMCA swimming Pool. The pool
consists of six lanes, 25 yards in length. There will be limited seating on
the pool deck and provided as a first-come-first-serve basis. Team
seating will be available in the gymnasium.
Concessions will be
available and will sell a variety of food, both hot and cold.
ENTRIES:
The swimmers age is determined as of 12/01/2014. The meet director
or entry chairman has the right to limit the number of entries
in
any
events to maintain a meet of reasonable time duration. Each swimmer
is limited to 3 individual events. Entries must be submitted by January
12, 2015. Please submit Hy-Tek Team Manager Entry files by email to:

ENTRY FEES:
There is a $7 swimmer surcharge for this meet. This covers the entry
fee for all events a swimmer is entered in.

Kleptz YMCA.
DECK ENTRIES: Deck entries will only be taken as space allows in each event. No new
heats will be added. Deck entries will close 30 minutes prior to the start
of the meet.
RULES:
2014-2015 USA Swimming and Southwest YMCA Cluster rules shall
apply.
RESULTS:
Hy-Tek and PDF result files will be emailed to each team following the
meet.
