U.S. Embassy Apia -SAT Exam U.S. Embassy Apia announces the offering of the SAT Exam This U.S. University entrance exam is open to all students of any nationality. It is most appropriate for Year 12, 13, and Foundation Year students with a genuine desire and ability to pursue higher education in America. The SAT is accepted by virtually all American colleges and universities and is one component of the admissions application. Results can be sent directly to the schools of an applicant’s choosing.
