WORSHIP SERVICE
From your Pastor
WELCOME TO YOUR HOME CHURCH IN
MANILA
Theme: Christmas is Worship
If you could use one word to describe Christmas, what word would it be? Some people
would use words like headache, busyness, expensive, or even bothersome. Christmas has been
much corrupted and commercialized over the
years.
In Luke’s account of the birth of Jesus, on
the first Christmas we can notice the absence of
today’s modern-day celebration. There was no
feasting, buying, and giving of gifts that pictures more on commercialism, but what we see is
worship. A chorus of angels praising God and
saying “Glory to God in the highest”. The shepherds after seeing Jesus return to their field
“Glorifying and praising God for all the things
that they had heard and seen”. They responded
by worshiping God. As we begin this beautiful
season of the year let us as all consider worship
as our response to Christ’s coming on earth.
Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year to all!
WE ARE GLAD TO WORSHIP THE LORD
TOGETHER.
OUR VISION

Manila, the Philippines and eventually the world, as a
