4th ESST Conference & Exhibition Joint meeting with Verein Deutscher Zuckertechniker Reims, 10 to 13 May 2015 Dear members, Dear guests, We are pleased to invite you to the 4th ESST/VDZ Conference to be held, from May, 10 to 13, 2015 in Reims, France. The conference will be organized as a joint meeting of ESST and the Verein Deutscher Zuckertechniker (VDZ) in cooperation with the Syndicat National des Frabricants de Sucre (SNFS). The conference will take place in the Centre des Congres of Reims, France. We will start the 4th ESST Conference on Monday afternoon (May, 11) with the final session ending at noon on Wednesday (May, 13). All participants arriving on Sunday, May 10, are invited to the ESST reception at 19 h. We will have 23 presentations and 17 posters in four sessions under the main themes: • General Sugar Technology • Nitrite in Animal Feed Products • Environmental Technologies We have pre-booked rooms in several hotels in the neighbourhood, where you are kindly asked to book by yourself before 10 April 2015.
