to bite into relevant commercial projects, it also
allowed me to work in an international context that
made those experiences very meaningful.
My first rotation took me to our Japan office where I
developed and consolidated our understanding of

our business units understand how thinking about
sustainability can create novel way of approaching
business problems – and my colleagues naturally look
for more sustainable solutions in their everyday work
as well.
