General Information
• For Graduate students
Please submit a new application form to
CENSUS.
(P.3 - 6)
• For Non-students and Credited auditors
Please submit a single special form and your
CV to CENSUS staff for academic affairs.

How to apply Sustainability Leaders course
リーダーコースへの登録方法 (For Graduate Students)
You have to submit 2 application forms.
(登録には2種類の申請書提出が必要です)
1. Submit the new form (5-2’, for students) for
Sustainability Leaders program to CENSUS staff
for academic affairs.
Deadline is Apr. 22 (Fri).
(新しいフォームを4月22日までにCENSUS教務に提出して下さい)
2. Register for Open Lectures for Graduate Courses
to the Academic Affairs Section in your faculty.
Deadline depends on each faculty.
(所属する大学院の教務に大学院共通科目として履修登録して下さい)

マイスターコースへの登録方法 (For Graduate Students)
You have to submit 3 application forms
(登録には3種類の申請書提出が必要です)
1. Submit the form for Sustainability ‘Meisters’ program
(syllabus p.25) to CENSUS staff for academic affairs.
Deadline is Apr. 22 (Fri).
(シラバス25ページのフォームを4月22日までにCENSUS教務に提出して下さい)
2. Submit the new form for Sustainability Leaders program
to CENSUS staff for academic affairs.
Deadline is Apr. 22.
(新しいフォームを4月22日までにCENSUS教務に提出して下さい)
3. Register for Open Lectures for Graduate Courses to the
Academic Affairs Section in your faculty.

Important information to non-student applicants
In HU Official Lecture Program, President will issue
diploma for course completion when participants
finish a whole series of lectures that are arranged
for specific aims.
北海道大学履修証明プログラムは、受講生がテーマに沿って設定された一連のプログラム
を修了することで、北海道大学総長からディプロマを発行する制度です。
Therefore, you cannot achieve the condition for
course completion with the combination of credits
that you have had until now.
Non-students have to take all 7 courses.
そのため、既に取得済みの単位を組み合わせて、プログラムの修了要件を満たすことはで
きません。社会人受講生は新たに全7科目の受講が必要になります。
Important information to HU Credited Anditors
Hokkaido University Credited Auditors who will
take environmental policy and environmental
ethics courses in other institutions may be
exempted from this requirement of the
Sustainability Leader program.
北海道大学の科目等履修生で今期環境政策論や環境倫理論に相当する講義を受講する予
定の方は、環境リーダーコースの該当科目の受講が免除されます。
