Please Pray for the Children’s Ministry
Please pray for the Children’s ministries. Please pray for the ministry team that impacts the
hearts and lives of the children in our Nursery, Little Tykes, Sunday School, AWANA, Kids Worship
team, and Day Camp programs. Pray that God will use them in a strong and mighty way to make
a difference in the lives of the children. Pray that the children involved in these various ministries
will be encouraged in the Lord.

A Church of the Evangelical Free Church of Canada
This morning, Pastor Bob Bartell
will be speaking about,
those who have Advent wreaths light all four candles in readiness for Christmas to come. On
November 29, we hosted an Advent craft afternoon and were pleased to have 50+ come. The true
meaning of Christmas was shared through music and a devotional before everyone started in on
making wreaths. We'd like to request prayer for Szilard, who is 15 and a young believer. Just recently
his dad, Robert, was diagnosed with cancer: aggressive lymphoma. Please pray for the whole family,
healing for Robert and especially for Robert to see his need for Christ. Please also pray for Szilvia,
another young believer, mourning the death of her partner. She has a lot of issues like estate
settlement, running a farm on her own and other things to work through. Pray that she'd have time for
fellowship and discipleship. Our English club students have a break now over the Christmas
holidays. Clubs start again in January. Please pray for the Holy Spirit to be at work in the hearts of the
students as they hear truth from the Word. Please also pray for Pal and Karoly who are studying the
book of John with us. We praise the Lord that Peter and Carla Himpelmann from the Chicago Orchard
EFC will be coming to serve in Tapolca for 2 and a half months from mid January. Stephen
MacSweeney, from the Youghal Baptist Church in Ireland, will also be coming to Tapolca in
January. Pray for God's provision for them and His blessing on them as they prepare to come. There is
a real need for another family / couple to serve on the Tapolca team. Please pray that God will lead
others to join the team long-term. Thanks so much for your prayers and support!
We wish you a blessed Christmas!
