It’s easy to feel pretty frantic and busy at this time of year. We want to get a nice gift for our spouse, the kids, whoever, decorate, bake, etc. Take some time out today. It needn’t be long; just a by Susan Vogt pause. Look at each other and be thankful. Eucharistic Ministers Please check your schedule and see if you are to serve on the weekends of December 27-28 and January 3-4. In Memory … This Sunday at the 8:15 a.m. Mass we celebrate and remember the life of Caylie Boudreau who lost her battle with cancer as a young teenager. In Caylie’s memory, her family has decided to donate her guitar to the music ministry of OLG. We are deeply honored to have received this generous gift and I will be playing her guitar at all the Masses this weekend. We’d like to extend an invitation to any young parishioner that either plays or is learning to play a guitar to join our weekend liturgies throughout the year and play Caylie’s guitar. This is a beautiful way to encourage our youth to be more involved in sharing their faith while keeping Caylie’s memory alive. We especially thank Caylie’s mom, Colleen, for this generous gift.
