Barmer Rajasthan before submission of Bid.

3. Tender cost & EMD has to be paid in form of bank DD/ Banker’s Cheque payable at Barmer in
favour of AO, GLPL, Barmer
Barmer and must be submitted in the office of Chief Engineer, GLPL,
opposite new power house Indira colony, Barmer (Raj.) and same should reach well before the
date & time specified in tender document.
4. The tender processing fees Rs. 1000/
1000/- is to be paid in form of bank DD/, payable in favour of
MD, RISL Jaipur (Payable at Jaipur)
For All NITs: - Only those firms can participate who possess the following pre qualification &
produce necessary documents in support of these requirements:
requirements:1. The bidder should have ready in hand at least 02 nos. vehicles mentioned in tender, Model
2014 or later in his or his family member’s name.
2. The bidder must have Registration Certificate, Insurance, Experience (Min. 3 years)
documents and attested copies of the same need to be enclosed with Part-A.

documents are not enclosed with Part–A of tender document, the Price bid of such bidders
shall not be opened.
3.
The bidder should have financially capable for execution of the work as per NIT
specifications. For this purpose annual turnover in any one year during last 3 years should
be 50 lacs or more. For this purpose any one of the following documents may be submitted:i.
Audited balance sheet of last three financial years.
ii.
Annual return filed with IT Department / TDS certificate of last three financial years.
iii.
Copies of work orders executed.
4. The bidder should have Service Tax registration with Central Excise Department, PF
registration, PAN. In case if PF registration is not available, then an undertaking on Rs.
100/- non judicial stamp paper, has to be furnished, duly attested by Notary that PF
registration shall be obtained within one month after placement of LOI.
Note: - The technical evaluation of the bids shall be done on the basis of above criterions. The offers of the
bidder not filling above conditions fully or partially are likely to be ignored.

1. The tender TN-428 shall be received in two part bidding system having Part-A (Technical Bid)
& Part-B (Price Bid).The Tender documents can be obtained from office of the
Superintending Engineer (Proc.), GLPL, Barmer on any working day and up to 3:00 PM on
one day before the date of tender opening on submission of written application in
duplicate by remitting /depositing requisite tender cost as mentioned above (non
refundable) in cash / through crossed demand draft payable at Barmer in favour of
Accounts Officers (GLPL), Barmer. Earnest money @ 2 % of estimated cost of the work for
each TN shall be deposited through demand draft in favour of Accounts Officer, GLPL,
Barmer at the time of tender deposition. The tenders duly filled in shall be received up to
3:30 PM and the same shall be opened after 3:30 PM on the tender opening date. If the
tender opening date happens to be a holiday, the tender shall be sold, received & opened
on the next working day.
2. Two part bidding procedure shall be adopted and earnest money demand draft
in favor of Accounts Officer, GLPL, Barmer payable at Barmer shall be submit on
the date of tender opening in separate envelopes. Part A shall consist of earnest
money demand draft envelop addressed to Accounts Officer, GLPL, Barmer and
techno-Commercial bid including all schedules dully filled without reference to
the prices clearly listing all the deviations from technical and commercial
conditions. The Part B shall consist of price bid. The date of opening of price bid
shall be intimated later on separately.
3. This office reserves the right to cancel/reject tender at the time of evaluation
without giving any reason. Notwithstanding stated above this office reserves the
right to access the bidder’s capability and capacity to perform the contract, if
circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of RVUN / GLPL.
The decision of purchase / contract awarding authority in this regard shall be
final. The GLPL also reserves the right to relax the pre qualifying requirement in
deserving cases.
