It has been an exciting year at Cloverlea as our first residents have moved into their custom-built homes in Stage One. Residents will soon be able to enjoy the beautifully landscaped rain garden complete with children’s playground, barbeque and entertaining area, just in time for Christmas. We’re showing no signs of slowing down as Stage Two bulk earthworks are now complete and civil works are well underway. Civil infrastructure is also underway, with anticipated completion in the third quarter of 2015. Stage Three civil works will continue from Stage Two, with anticipated completion in the third quarter of 2015. Of course, we are always at the mercy of Mother Nature, and its changing fortunes. Stage Four to Six early works have now ceased. The site will now be under maintenance and security, until the next round of approvals and management plans are completed.
