GIVE A KID THE Y provides financial assistance
for those who cannot afford all the Y has to
offer.
We count on the generosity of our members and
others to help people of all ages feel healthy,
confident, connected and secure regardless of
income. Your tax deductible gift will directly
impact an individual or family. Here’s how:
• $3300 enables a single working parent to
receive a year of after school care
• $1065 provides a low-income family a
month of full day childcare
• $975 provides a membership to a family
so they can learn how to live a healthier
lifestyle by “moving more and eating less”
• $780 provides two teens with a Y
membership giving them access to a variety
of fitness and teen activities
• $485 allows a child to make new friends
and discover new interests during two
weeks of summer day camp
• $232 helps a child build confidence and
learn skills with 28 weeks of swim lessons
or gym classes
• $100 provides
specialized
classes for
overweight
children
