Darlene Hetrick age 96
of Edmonton passed away on Tuesday, January,
20th, 2015 at Glenview Health Care Facility in Glasgow. Darlene was born in Kansas
and became a resident of California in 1947 where she worked as a secretary. She
moved with her daughter and grandson to Kentucky in 2004. She was a member of
the Edmonton Baptist Church. Darlene is survived by her daughter Margaret
Southworth of Edmonton. Grandson John Southworth of Edmonton and
granddaughter Lorene Leaver of Hendersonville, NC. Three great grandchildren;
Daniel, Matthew, and Allison Southworth all of Edmonton. She was proceeded in
death by her husband Clinton Hetrick and daughter Marlene Leaver. A Memorial /
Celebration of Life Service will be held February, 7th at the Edmonton Baptist Church
at 4 PM. Darlene loved animals, In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made

Louise Botts age 88 of Hiseville passed away on Monday, January 26, 2015
at her home. She was the daughter of the late Haskel and Ethel Mae Groce
Coulter. She was a former employee of T.J. Samson Community Hospital and a
member of the New Salem Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held 1:00
PM Friday at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the New Salem
Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday and after
9:00 AM Friday at the funeral home. She is survived by three children; Richard
(Linda) Botts of Hiseville. Beverly Botts of Louisville and Judy (Donnie) Butler of
Edmonton. One brother Reed Coulter of Louisville and a sister Jean McCombs of
Louisville.
Seven grandchildren.

Twelve great grandchildren also survive. Besides her parents she was preceded in

sister Margaret Botts.

Ray Morris Pennington age 73
of Summer Shade passed away
Sunday, January 25, 2015 at his home. He was the son of the late Jill and Lovie
Matney Pennington. He was a farmer and member of the Church of Christ.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday at Butler Funeral Home in
Edmonton with burial in the Asbury-Center Cemetery. Visitation will be from
5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday and after 9:00 AM Wednesday at the funeral
home. He is survived by his wife Joyce Pennington of Summer Shade. Two sons.

Steven Lee Pedigo age 52 of Bowling Green formerly of Edmonton died
Monday, January 19, 2015 at The Medical Center in Bowling Green. He was the
son of the late James Floyd Pedigo and Jean Pedigo of Edmonton who survives.
He was a member of the Grace Union Baptist Church and a former employee of
Felker Brothers in Glasgow. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday at
Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the Edmonton Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday and after 9:00 AM
Thursday at the funeral home. Masonic services will be held 7:00 PM Wednesday
at the funeral home. He is survived by his wife Cherry Moon Pedigo of Bowling

Berniece Asbury age 85
of Center, Kentucky passed away Sunday,
January 18, 2015 at Metcalfe Health Care in Edmonton. She was the daughter of
the late Buford and Blanche Nunn.
Berniece was a homemaker and member of
the Allens Grove Baptist Church.

Daniel Wayne Stephens age 30
of Edmonton passed away Saturday,
January 17, 2015 in Edmonton. Born in Lexington, Kentucky he is the son of
Dwayne and Beverly Stephens of Paris, Kentucky.
In 2002 Daniel graduated from
Bourbon County High School and in 2006 graduated from Lindsey Wilson College
with a degree in communication. While at Lindsey Wilson he played baseball for
four years as a Lindsey Wilson Raider. Daniel then became a Kentucky State
Trooper which he has been for the last eight years. Besides his parents he is
survived by his wife Kelly Harper Stephens of Edmonton and two daughters
Danica Brooke and Kinley Danielle Stephens. His paternal grandparents Donald
and Mary Stephens of Lexington. Maternal grandfather John and wife Jan of
Campbellsville and maternal grandmother Ann Hardiman and husband Patrick of
Lexington. One brother Daron and wife Ashley Stephens of Mt Sterling,
Kentucky. A niece Delaney Marie Stephens of Mt Sterling. Daniel was preceded in
death by his maternal great grandmother Martha (Granny) Stephens.
Funeral
services will be held 12:00 PM Wednesday at Kerr Brothers Home, 463 E. Main St.
Lexington, Kentucky.
Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at
Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton and from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday at
Kerr Brothers Funeral Home in Lexington. Burial will be in the Bluegrass
Memorial Gardens in Nicholasville, Kentucky.
Delmar Pierce age 71 of Knob Lick, Kentucky died Tuesday, January 13,
2015 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. He was the son of the late
Lonnie and Nina Pardue Pierce. He was a retired plumber and of the Baptist
faith. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday at Butler Funeral home
Edmonton with burial in the Big Meadow Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00
PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday and after 9:00 AM Thursday at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Pierce of Knob Lick. Four sons; Rodney
(Rhonda) Pierce of Knob Lick. Ricky (Debbie) Pierce of Jefferson, Indiana. Jeff
Pierce of Nashville, Tennessee and Chris (Tammy) Pierce of Glasgow.
One
daughter Vickie (Rondal) Jessie of Knob Lick. A step son Stinson Bryant of Knob
Lick.
One brother Wayne Pierce of Indiana and a sister Judy Saltsman of
Indiana. Thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive.
Wayne Martin age 84
of Edmonton died Saturday, January 10, 2015 at
Metcalfe Health Care in Edmonton. He was the son of the late Guy and Sally
Hayes Martin. He was a member of the Plesant Grove Presbyterian Church and a
retired bus driver.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday at Butler
Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the Metcalfe County Memorial
Gardens. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday and after 9:00
AM Tuesday at the funeral home. He is survived by two sons. Curtis Martin of
Edmonton, Gary Wayne Martin of Nashville. One daughter Diane Perkins Burks
of Edmonton. Two brothers, Edgar and Bobby Martin both of Edmonton. One
sister Joyce Vibbert of Glasgow. Two grandchildren Dwayne Perkins and Alisa

Zackary Goodson Coleman
age 83 of Edmonton died Saturday,
January 3, 2015 at his home. He was the son of the late Ben Alford and Alma Lee
Knight Coleman. He was a retired postmaster and of the protestant faith. Funeral
services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with
burial in the Union Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 3:00 PM
until 8:00 PM and after 9:00 AM Tuesday at the funeral home.
He is survived by
his wife Rebecca Coleman. Two sons, Zachary (Kim) Coleman and Ben
(Jacqueline) Coleman all of Edmonton. Three daughters. Shelia Coleman Bartley,
Patty (Herbie) Bunch and Amanda (Matt) South all of Edmonton.
Sixteen
grandchildren and ten great grandchildren also survive. Besides his parents he was
preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters; Alford and Joe Coleman,

Lillian Lane Scott age 100
of Sulphur Well passed away Wednesday,
December 31, 2014 in Glasgow. She was the wife of the late Loring Scott. Funeral
services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, January 4th 2015 at Butler Funeral Home in
Edmonton with burial in the J.B. Smith Cemetery in Sulphur Well. Visitation will
be from noon on Sunday until service time at the funeral home. She is survived by
her son, Kendrick (Betsy) Scott; grand daughters Elizabeth Scott and Sarah Hall.

Ruth Ann Allbright
age 91 of Edmonton died Wednesday, December 30,
2014 at NHC Healthcare in Glasgow. She was the daughter of the late Sam and
Laura Tomblin Whitlow. She was a retired teacher and member of the Church of
Christ. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Friday at Butler Funeral Home in
Edmonton with burial in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday after
10:00 AM until service time. She is survived by cousins and besides her parents
was preceded in death by her husband Henry Jackson Allbright.
Geneva Shelley Branstetter age 81
of Edmonton died Tuesday,
December 23, 2014 at Metcalfe Health Care in Edmonton. She was the daughter
of the late Marvin Clarence Shelley and Nina Copas Shelly Hunley. Geneva along
with her late husband Bobby Branstetter were owners and operators of Bob’s Auto
in Edmonton for many years. She was a member of the South Edmonton Church
of Christ. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday at Butler Funeral
Home in Edmonton with burial in the Summer Shade Cemetery. Visitation will be
from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday at the funeral home. She is survived by two
daughters; Benita and husband Gary Bell of Edmonton. Teresa and husband Phil
Kimbel of Bowling Green.

Larry Dale Saltsman age 66
of Edmonton died Wednesday, December
10, 2014 at his home. He was the son of the late Roy and Bessie Pardue Saltsman.
He was of the Methodist faith and retired from GM Corvett Plant.

Terry Loyd Shirley age 43 of Cave City passed away Sunday, December
7, 2014 at his home.
He was the son of the late Michael Loyd Shirley and Linda
Jessie Shirley of Cave City who survives. He was a member of the Society Hill
Baptist Church and employed at Akebono Brake in Glasgow. Funeral services will
be held 1:00 PM Wednesday at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in
the Society Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesdays from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM
and after 9:00 AM Wednesday at the funeral home. Besides his mother he is
survived by a daughter Amber Shirley of Bowling Green and three grandchildren.

wife Sara Shirley of Cave City. One sister Dianna and husband Ryan Whitlow of
Summer Shade. His maternal grandmother Dasy Jessie of Edmonton. A special
aunt Tammie Jessie of Edmonton. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and
cousins also survive. Besides his father he was preceded in death by grandfather
Buster Jessie and grandmother Runell Shirley.
Harlon Isaac Crenshaw age 98 of Edmonton died Tuesday December
2, 2014 at the Somerfield Health Center in Brentwood, TN. He was a retired
county extension agent and a member of the Edmonton United Methodist Church
and also a WWII army veteran. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday at the
Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the Edmonton Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday from 10:00 AM until service. He is survived by one son
Gary Crenshaw of Louisville, one daughter Mary Linda Hardman of Franklin,
TN. Six grandchildren also survive Rachel Crenshaw and Peyton Crenshaw both
of Louisville, Annie Boyd, Phil Hardman, Sarah Hardman, and Joanna Hardman
all of Franklin, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents Ivy Isaac and Linda
Clark Crenshaw and wife Rachel Crenshaw.
Jason Allen Bryant age 38 of Edmonton died Saturday November 29,
2014 at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. Funeral services
will be 1:00 PM Wednesday at the Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial
in the Cedar Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 8:00
PM at the funeral home. He is survived by his father and mother Johnnie Bryant
of Summer Shade and Mary Lou Bryant of Edmonton, two brothers Michael
Bryant of Edmonton, Stinson Bryant of Knob Lick, one sister Cynthia Bryant of
Summer Shade. He was preceded in death by one brother Johnny Lee Bryant.
Jimmy G. Robertson age 79 of Edmonton died Saturday November 22,
2014 at the T.J. Samson Hospital in Glasgow. He was the son of the late Theodore
and Ella Rhinehart Robertson. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday at the
Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the Metcalfe County Memorial
Gardens. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral
home. He is survived by his wife Betty Robertson of Edmonton, one son Steve
Albert Robertson of Greensburg, one brother Lyndon Robertson of Bee Springs,
one sister Doris Wilson of Jeffersonville, IN.
Also surviving are three
grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Besides his parents he was preceded
in death by seven brothers and sisters.
