EXHIBIT A - Compensation Plan for Affinity Program Partner
As provided in the ACN Affinity Fundraising Program Agreement (“Agreement”), the ACN Affinity Fundraising
Program Non-Profit Partner (the “Non-Profit”) will receive commissions from ACN for customers signed up
through the use of the Non-Profit’s name.
Commissions
Commissions will be determined by the aggregate monthly points earned in a given month for services customers
signed up through the Company based on the following tiers:
Customer Points
ACN Digital Phone & DigitalTalk, Local & Long Distance, Flash Wireless, Anovia,
Premium Technical Support, Satellite TV, Home Security and Automation,
Protect America, Internet, Residential/Small Business Energy

1%
101 – 200
5%
201 and above
10%
The number of customer points are noted on the Customer Point and Commissionable Revenue document
(Appendix A). Billing will be reported three months in arrears so billing in month of April, for example, will be
included in the commissionable revenue reported and used to pay commissions for the month of July.
Commissionable Revenue Determinants are defined by Customer Point and Commissionable Revenue document
(Appendix A). This schedule is subject to change based on changes in the product offerings and changes in the
market.

Launching and sustaining an effective fundraising campaign requires organizational excitement and
commitment. In addition to the residual and ongoing revenue provided under the Compensation Plan, the
ACN Affinity Fundraising Program also provides easy and fast cash bonuses as soon as your Affinity
members have ordered a certain number of ACN services.
The following Customer Bonuses will be paid as soon as the corresponding Installed ACN Services Volumes are
reached by the Affinity Program Partner’s Affinity group.

Bonus Notes and Requirements
Customer Bonuses will be paid at each Installed ACN Services Volume level. That level must be maintained for a
minimum of ninety (90) days or ACN reserves the right to demand a refund of that bonus to ACN. Returned
Customer Bonuses may be repaid to the Affinity Partner if it reaches the next Installed ACN Services Volume tier.
The Affinity Partner has one (1) year from the Effective Date of the Affinity Agreement to earn a Customer Bonus.
