HRC1 reviews and enters action. Contacts RC, SCC, HS, or UKC for info as needed. Emails template to SCC (Search Excellence, Instructions for SC Members, FOBC Recruitment Flowchart).
HRC1 creates folder on T: (title_action#_
Posting#_name). Saves PDF of recruitment request.
HRC1 submits action to HRC2 for review, CHC/DMV determination and approval.

IF COMPETITVE
HRM reviews Posting. Approves for posting/non‐
recruitment.
SC completes review, screening, and interview process. Selects finalist.

HRC1 sends application instructions to appointee/HS/UKC
HRC1 reviews ADW for appropriateness. Attaches to Posting. Dispositions apps not selected. Assists w/ app notifications, if necessary.
