Co-enrolment agreements have been set up with several other trials. Please make sure that a coenrolment agreement is in place before recruiting patients to more than one study. Site Feature Please let Trial Managers know if a patient is co-enrolled. Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham “Greetings from Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham! Our research team is a bit different to most others in the trust. We run both Critical Care and Emergency Department research trials as one team over a seven day rota. Due to the similar research challenges we face, we work exceptionally well together and the trials complement each other in terms of the skills and knowledge required. At QMC we are part of Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. We are the tertiary Major Trauma Centre for the East Midlands and are the regional centre for a number of specialties e.g. Neurosurgery. We are the fourth largest acute teaching trust in the UK providing services to approximately 2.5 million people within the East Midlands. We employ around 13,000 staff, have 1700 beds across 87 wards and have a total of 65 adult ICU/HDU beds across 4 units. We are looking forward to joining the Eurotherm3235 Team and contributing to this important study.” Upcoming Meetings DMC The DMC will next meet in October.
