URGENT NOTICE FOR REGISTERED VETERINARY DOCTORS.
UNDER BIHAR VETERINAR COUNCIL
As per Veterinary Council of India F. No. L0-3/2073 - VCI / 5108 138 dated 20.03.L4 and this is in reference to the Department of Animal
Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture, Government of
India letters No. 52-22/ Z0L1- LDT [VC) dated 05.03.2014, dated 06.03.1.4
and dated 73.03.20L4 wherein it was advised that the Council shall prepare
the revised Electoral Roll for the purpose of circulation amongst the State /
UT Veterinary Councils for display for obtaining of objections and claims
from the Registered Veterinary Practitioners (RVP) as provided under IVC
Rules.
The complete revised draft Electoral Roll, Prescribed Forms (A,B,C &
D) and the Schedule for Finalization of the Roll have been available in the
Bihar State Veterinarv Council Office, displayed at Departmental Website i.e.
htfpt/ /ahd.bih.nic.in under bottom portion oi Home Page as well as aiso on
the VCI website namely www.vciresults.com under link "Draft Electotal Roll",
"Forms A to D" and "important Dates for Finalization of the Roll" for
information to the Registered Veterinary Practitioner. In order to make the
process of finalization of the Electoral Roll uniform across the State
Veterinary Council four proformas are attached herewith. Filled Forms
should reach the Registrar Office before 08.04.20L4. Summary of the forms
are as follows :FORM 'A'- for inclusion of name of registered veterinary practitioner
whose name has been published in IVPR but not included in draft Electoral
Roll;
'B'- for making objections in the entry in the Roll;
FORM 'C'- for deletion of name of the Registered Veterinary
practitioner on account of death or cancellation of registration due to
transfer ofregistration from one State to another State Veterinary Council as
per Section 52 of the IVC Act, L9B4;
FORM'D'- for change of address of the practitioner in the Roll.
This may kindly be treated as priority to fulfill the statutory
requirements as provided under the IVC Act, 'J.984; the IVC Rules, 1985 and
Bihar Veterinary Council Rules, 1998.
