Mr. Chan Weng Woh
(Malaysia) Judge 3
Mr. Chan was the President of the Malaysian Kennel Association for two terms.
He participates actively in the running of MKA; has served as a director of MKA from
1994 to 2009, served in the capacity of Secretary of MKA Perak Branch for 18 years
and a qualified Examiner for MKA judges Training Scheme. He was also a delegate of
the AKU conference and also serves in the Committee for AKU Judging Manual and
was also the Chairman of the Judges and Steward Committee. He has shown or bred
Pekingese, Pomeranian, Miniature Pinscher, Pug, Miniature Poodle, Whippet and
Smooth Fox Terrier. He has shown many Champions and BIS winners. He is a licensed
All Breeds Judge of the MKA, AKU and FCI. His busy judging appointments have
taken him to 38 countries around the world in the continents of Asia, Australia, Africa,
Europe, North and South America. Some of the biggest dog shows he has judged were
World Dog Show 2009, Brisbane Royal 2004, Adelaide Royal 2006, Hobart Royal
2007, New Zealand National Dog Show, the National Dog Show in Canada, the
Helsinki International Dog Show in Finland, Champion of Champions at the Kennel
Union of South Africa and Pedigree Top Dog of Australia 2004. He has judged
Specialties of the following breeds: Pekingese, Poodles (WDS, Sweden, Denmark,
Australia), Pomeranians, Boston Terriers, Pugs (USA, Canada, Thailand), American
Staffordshire Terrier, Yorkshire Terriers, Labradors, Golden Retriever, Thai Ridgeback,
Thai Bangkeaw, Shih Tzu, Papillon, Siberian Husky, Beagle, Dachshund.
Mr. Chay Kulnipat (Thailand) Judge 5
Mr. Chay Kulnipat was born in Bangkok, Thailand.
He graduated from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang in 1983,
with a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering.
He started in dog show since 1988. His breeds are Chow Chow,
Thai Ridgeback Dog, Min Pin, Rottweiler, Miniature Schnauzer, Pomeranian.
He was Breeder/ Owner / Handler of

No.1 Group 5
No. 4 All Breed
in Thailand 2013.
He is Secretary of The Thai Pomeranian Club since 2008.

Mr. John Sheppard (Australia) Judge 2
John began as a child handler in the late 60's. He has been involved as an
exhibitor & or breeder with Maltese, Chinese Cresteds, Pomeranians, Pekingese,
Tenterfield Terriers, American Cockers & Boston Terriers. He is best known for his
Shih Tzu's. He has judged in the UK, South Africa, Japan, Finland, Taiwan, most of
Asia & New Zealand.
Mr. Rajiv Shandilya (India) Judge 4
Rajiv Shandilya was born in a house full of Pets - dogs, pigeons, parrots etc.
Son of International All Breed Judge Mr P.S. Shandilya , he has been involved
with exhibiting and organizing shows from a very early age. He has shown, bred
and made many Champions in various breeds - GSD, Bull Mastiffs, Labradors,
English Mastiffs , Dachshund, Rampur Hounds, Tibetan Mastiffs, Basset Hounds,
Cocker Spaniels , Great Danes, Pointers, Pekingese, Lhasa Apso, Poodles,
Salukis, Beagles, Min Pins, Irish setters. He is the President of Delhi kennel club
and has organized shows for about 20years as Show secretary.
Tibetan Dogs and
specially Tibetan Mastiff, a breed on which he has done extensive research, has
been very close to his heart and has bred and made many Champions.
He has
been a very active sportsman throughout his life and still plays competitive
cricket.
Mrs. Carolyn Alexander (U.S.A) Judge 1
For over a decade, Carolyn has been, and continues to be an AKC Gazette
columnist. She occasionally writes for Dog News and other national and
international dog magazines. Her first book was published by Barrons NY in
2006. For the past twelve years, Ms. Alexander has served and continues to
serve on the Board of the Northern California Terrier Association. She is active
in breed rescue and serves as legislative representative for NCTA, GKC,
DMKC, BCBTC, GSBTC, and MBBTC. In addition to judging throughout the
United States, she has judged in New Zealand, Finland, Canada, UK, Holland
and South Africa. She has judged multiple times in China, Australia, and
Taiwan. Also, she has twice judged in France, including the prestigious French
National outside Paris in June 06. In 2011, she is scheduled to return judge in
China, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
