WITH CAPACITY FOR UP TO 100 PEOPLE THIS IS THE PERFECT CITY VENUE FOR WEDDINGS, ENGAGEMENT PARTIES, BIRTHDAY PARTIES, CORPORATE CHRISTMAS PARTIES AND PRODUCT LAUNCHES. The terrace is a mix of decking, pebble and star jasmine on trellis gardens and features a gazebo which is ideal for wedding ceremonies and looks amazing covered in fairy lights. Hiring the Rooftop Terrace includes use of the adjoining Norman Shieff meeting room which opens onto the deck through two sets of French doors. Also included is the use of another small meeting room which is perfect for caterers or storage, and use of a small kitchen. The terrace comes with some outdoor furniture and large sun umbrellas. Rates Hire Cost Rooftop Terrace Full Day Hire (10 hours) $1,500 plus GST Rooftop Terrace Half Day Hire (5 hours) $850 plus GST Additional Hours Security Cleaning (walk away clean) $100 plus GST per hour $60 plus GST per hour $200.00 plus GST Discounted rates are available for ADLSI members, please enquire. Terms and Conditions BOOKING To secure your preferred date a minimum deposit of $300 is required. CAPACITY The maximum number of guests allowed on the Rooftop Terrace is 100. BEVERAGES You may supply your own alcohol. However if you plan to sell alcohol at your event a liquor licence is required and can be obtained from the Auckland Council. PAYMENT TERMS • On receipt of a signed quotation acceptance a deposit invoice will be issued. • Deposit payment is due within 7 working days of the invoice being issued. • Once the deposit payment has been received a booking confirmation will be issued. Your booking will be confirmed once we have received the deposit payment and a signed copy of your booking confirmation. • An invoice for the balance of the payment will be invoiced immediately after the event with any additions or adjustments. • Payment can be made by credit card, cheque or direct credit to our bank account. The terrace is available on weeknights from 5.00pm until 1.00am and weekends from 9.00am until 1.00am. Security is required for the entire rental period and the security guard will be responsible for opening the building and locking up at the end of your event. A one off cleaning fee of $200.00 is charged to reinstate the terrace and adjoining rooms to their original condition and to remove bottles and rubbish. Packages We are able to provide a package that covers the room hire, catering, equipment and decoration if you would prefer, please enquire about pricing. Catering Catering packages are available or you are welcome to bring in your own caterer; a small kitchen and meeting room are available for catering. The kitchen has a sink, boiling water and a full size fridge/freezer which can be used. You may supply your own alcohol. Deliveries can be made direct to the venue or you may wish to purchase and organise through your caterer. Equipment The hire of the terrace includes the use of outdoor furniture, seat cushions and outdoor sun umbrellas. There is a retractable sun awning which extends from the Norman Shieff room which can be used. The Norman Shieff room and Kitty Tong room have a number of indoor tables which can be connected and configured in many ways. There are also 40 indoor chairs which can be used inside. All glassware, plates, cutlery and any decorations will need to be hired, we are able to organise the hire of equipment and installation of fairy lights, lanterns, draping or marquees, please enquire for pricing. PRICE VARIATIONS Prices quoted for events booked 12 months or more in advance, may be subject to change at our discretion. GST All prices quoted are exclusive of GST. EQUIPMENT We will take all reasonable care with equipment supplied by the hirer; however any loss or damage to equipment will be the sole responsibility of the hirer. Hirers are responsible for the removal of their own property and merchandise after the conclusion of their event. In some instances it may be possible to store items until the hirer can pick up. Hirers are liable for any damages caused to the premises or equipment, either by the hirer or their guests. CANCELLATIONS The deposit payment is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date pending availability. If the event is cancelled within 29 to 7 days a cancellation fee of 10% will be charged, if an event is cancelled within 7 days an 80% cancellation fee will be charged.
