Foehlinger, III AVP, Senior Risk Control Consultant Risk Management Solutions This session will give insight on how to work from both a tactical and strategic perspective to put your school in an increasingly improved position to achieve better overall outcomes. Bill began with Murray Securus in 2002 as a Risk Control Consultant. Bill has 13 years experience in providing quality risk control, safety training and loss prevention services to industrial, commercial and municipal clients. He provides risk control services to the Pennsylvania Insurance Consortium for Schools (PICS), a group of school districts in PA., and other selected Murray Securus clients including boroughs, townships, cities and counties. Bill earned an Associate’s degree in Metals Fabrication from Stevens Tech and a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Hygiene Management from Millersville University in 1999. He is an OSHA Outreach Training for Construction and is a member of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).
