These are the tasks and responsibilities we trust in you:
 Managing the entire employee life cycle for a designated area (hiring, onboarding, developing, exiting of
employees)
 Handling of compensation and benefits
 Ensuring HR-policies and processes, conducting HR-audits
 Implementing employer branding activities in accordance with our brand strategy
 Sparring partner for management with regards to HR-topics
In order to leave your foodprint, you need the following skills:
 Master degree in economics (preferably with focus on HR), knowledge of (Austrian) labor law
 Minimum of 7 years of working experience in HR, preferably in an international environment
 Hands-on and self-driven personality
 Assertive and open for new ideas
 Ability to deal with cross functional and intercultural teams
 Very good English skills
 Ability to handle all HR-matters with strict confidentiality
