She has played key roles in planning scheme amendments and the interpretation of heritage places. Her skills extend to desktop publishing, online community engagement, survey analysis and management of the Heritage Victoria Hermes database. Jessie is a conscientious employee with an eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. Her professional interests extend to planning, the conservation of building materials and the synergy of environmental sustainability and heritage. Experience Since joining Context in 2011, Jessie has worked on a variety of projects. Key examples include heritage assessments for the Yarriambiack Shire Stage 2 Heritage Study (2013) and Sebastopol Heritage Study (2012) for the City of Ballarat. Jessie has extensive experience in historical research for local assessments and studies, including the Old Parliament House Gardens Heritage Management Plan (2013). She has played key roles in the Moyne C55 Heritage Amendment (2013), the Former Collingwood Technical School Interpretation Strategy (2014) and St Petka Church, Mill Park, Interpretation Scheme (2014). Jessie has provided extensive mapping for urban and rural projects such as the City of Moonee Valley Gaps Study (2014) and Rural City of Wangaratta Heritage Study Review (2011), and many Metropolitan Planning Authority (formerly Growth Area Authority) heritage assessments. Prior to joining Context in 2011, Jessie worked with the Heritage Council of Victoria and Heritage Victoria. As a Hearings Support Officer for the Heritage Council, Jessie developed an understanding of Victorian heritage legislation and policy, and current heritage practises.
