Appellation Pre-Fab, (hereafter APF), was founded in 2009 and is based in Montoursville, PA where our
corporate headquarters is located. Our Palmer location in Williamsport PA houses our 15-acre facility
with an 120,000 square foot fabricating area and our sandblasting and coating machinery.
Although our name is fairly new to the industry, we have many years of experience in the pipeline
fabrication industry meeting safety, schedule and budget requirements.
We have employed up to 260 employees at one time when we had multiple large projects in process.
We average 125 employees during normal workload times.
We are dedicated to being the only company in the industry with a 100% x-ray quality backed by a 100%
guarantee. Our welders are held to strict quality control standards to guarantee superior quality.
Our fabricators and work force are highly skilled and trained in fabrication and construction of
piping projects incorporating ASME B31.3 and API 1104 welding procedures with the addition of ASME
Stamps, U, R, and S,. Our capabilities allow us to design, build, fabricate, and repair high pressure vessels
and piping up to 5000 PSI and unlimited wall thickness.
APF employs some of the best fabricators and welders in the industry. We utilize a Project
Management team that is dedicated to procurement, installation, and completion of projects including
Compressor Stations, Meter Stations, Wellpad Piping, Pipelines, and Dehydration Equipment. We feel we
have organized a team of competent and experienced Compressor Station and related piping professionals
to complete your project according to your specifications.
Currently APF holds Master Service agreements with all of the leading energy and pipeline
companies throughout PA, NY, and WV including PVR (Regency), Anadarko, Chief, Shell, Williams,
Dominion, Transco, Columbia, NiSource, Inergy (Crestwood), National Fuel Gas, UGI, and many others. In
addition, we are aligned to work with The Pike Company where needed for Construction Management on
large projects.

Our drafting department has full design, scanning,
and printing capabilities. The department is staffed
with experienced, knowledgeable, and highly
skilled trades people, using the most current software for both 2D and 3D design work. They have
decades of “hands on” experience installing, manufacturing and erecting the most complex systems,
including structural steel and all types of oil and
gas piping systems.
We can produce precise, detailed fabrication
drawings from your construction drawings and
specifications. Potential flaws in design can be
identified early, before the project is fabricated,
avoiding costly changes which would require corrections onsite. This ensures what is fabricated in
the shop will work in the field, optimizing labor,
time, dollars, and other resources.
APF strongly supports the quality of union work. We exclusively utilize trained and skilled Union employees
to facilitate the procurement of a qualified labor force to meet the requirements of any contract through
numerous national and local agreements.

welders and pipeline repair crews with experience in
repairing natural gas/oil pipeline and related assemblies on a regular basis. We understand how critical
pipeline repair is and the safety measures that must
be taken. Safety is always our number one priority.
As we are located n the Williamsport, PA area, we
are in the heart of the Marcellus Shale natural gas
formation and can assemble a crew immediately to
repair your pipeline. With our 100% guarantee, you
can be assured that your pipeline repair will be done
safely and to perfection.
FABRICATION
We fabricate all piping assemblies of an industrial nature. APF can
fabricate piping from 2-inch up to 42-inch for meter/valve stations,
compressor/pump stations, and launchers/receivers. Our welders,
journeymen, and pipeline fabricators/welders are knowledgeable
and experienced in their trade and we stand behind their work with
a 100% guarantee.
INSTALLATION
APF is conveniently located in the heart of the Marcellus
Shale natural gas formation, near Williamsport, PA. We
can mobilize a workforce for pipeline installation within 48
hours. APF employees are field-tested and trained specifically in the natural gas and oil industry. After we fabricate
your piping system, we will ensure the installation is done
to perfection and always on time.

SANDBLASTING, PAINTING & COATING

60’ fully enclosed blast cabinet capable of handling
