NOTICE REGARDING L.K.G ADMISSION 2015-2016
1. CONDITIONS NEEDED TO QUALIFY:
Must be born between 1st October, 2010 and 30th September, 2011
2. FILLED- IN REGISTRATION FORMS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH:
ATTESTED PHOTOCOPY of ANY ONE Birth Certificate as mentioned below:
i. Municipality
ii. Notified Area Committee
iii. Office of Births and Deaths iv. Baptismal Certificate (in case of Catholic/Christian)
1. The Birth Certificate must have the name of the child.
2. The date of registration of birth on the certificate must be within one year of the
child’s birth.
3. If the applicant is a TATA STEEL employee, a photocopy of the Medical Book of the
child should also be attached to the form.
4. In case of Catholic, a letter from the Parish Priest must also be attached.
5. In case of BPL/L.I.G photocopy of the RED CARD or Income statement / Certificate.
6. One POSTCARD size photograph of the parents (mother & father) with the child in
between is to be pasted in the space given on the Registration Form.
7. Two recent passport sized photographs of the child should be pasted on the Admit
Card in the spaces given.
3. Any discrepancies found in the filled-in form, will automatically disqualify the child even
after selection.
4. FILLED-IN REGISTRATION FORMS under ANY ONE CATEGORY mentioned below must
have the SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS: in Original (for verification)
 Catholic/Christian
- Baptismal Certificate
 Employees of TATA STEEL
- Medical Book
 Government Service
- Service Certificate from the employer
 ST/SC/OBC
- Certificate from Municipality / Notified Area
 BPL/L.I.G
- BPL Card / Red Card/ Income Certificate
 Alumni/ Teachers &Staff/General - Document in support of the category
5. FILLED-IN REGISTRATION FORM SHOULD BE RETURNED AS PER THE FOLLOWING DATES:
(from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm)
 TATA STEEL employees – Wednesday 5th November, 2014
 ST/SC/OBC/BPL/CATHOLICS &CHRISTIANS- Thursday 6th November, 2014
 Govt. Service/GENERAL/Others- Friday 7th & Saturday 8th , November, 2014
6. Those who are submitting the downloaded Registration form must pay the Registration Fees,
at the time of submitting the Application Form.
7. The Admit Card must be kept intact and carefully. In case your child is selected the Admit Card
must be produced at the time of Admission.
8. PLEASE NOTE: for any information regarding lottery date, list of selected candidates and
Admission Process, kindly check the school notice-board, the local newspapers and the school

9. THE SCHOOL DOES NOT ENCOURAGE ANY THIRD PARTY TO BE INVOLVED IN THE SELECTION
& ADMISSION OF ANY CANDIDATE. THE PARENTS NEED TO DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE
PRINCIPAL OR HIS SECRETARY IN ALL MATTERS REGARDING ADMISSION.
