The provisionally selected candidates are advised to report to the Office of the Department
regarding admission. The selected candidates have to take admission from January 5-7,
2015.
NB: Provisional admission shall be regularized after confirmation of the following documents
submitted/to be submittec by you.
The following documents :
1. Attested copies of your certificates and marks sheets subject to verification with the
original copies.
2. A Medical Certificate from recognized/registered Medical Practitioner
3. Caste/Tribe/PWD certificate, if applicable in your case.
4. No Objection certificate from employer, if employed.
5. Certificate of good conduct issued by the Principal/Head of the College last attended
6. Certificate from Head/Principal/Gazettted Officer regarding intervening period of gap, if
any
7. OBC candidates mus submit income certificate of the appropriate authority.
8. Four passport size and four stamp size photographs
9. Migration certificate in original from the University/Board/Council must have submitted
within February 28, 2015.
On presentation of the above documents you will be allowed to deposit admission fee etc
