to Phillippi Estate Park in Sarasota. More parking and lots of exposure to thousands of commuters with
large wooden sign advertising show all week on US 41. (Heart of Sarasota) Great location for holiday

You MUST park in exhibitor parking! Our shows are easy accessible for loading and unloading and exhibitor parking

All items in booth must be hand-made by exhibitor. Bring shims, weights, and tie downs. All our shows are
outdoors. Weights only at Downtown Sarasota—JD Hamel pavement or grass—Lido Bch. pavement or grass.
Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting the State Sales Tax and filing a report with the local Dept. of Revenue.
$75.00 deposit for each show is required. Bal. Due within 30 days of show. (See contract for discount pricing)
Personal checks are not accepted within 2 weeks of show. Visa, MC, or Money Order only.
You must send a
SASE if you want
your pictures returned and a confirmation to shows applied for.
If you would like an outside booth space, please add $10.00 for outside perimeter space. (Upon availability.)
Note: Outside space does not mean a corner space. When possible, Sunset Blvd. gives all vendors 2 corners.
There are no refunds for shows cancelled. Deposits are not transferable or refundable. Please do not
ask. With a 30 day notice, credit will be issued, less deposit for a future show. There are no rain dates.
