We enclose a notice along with annexure for release in our Bank’s
Website and another notice for release in News Papers, in
connection with sale of -14- old cars of our corporate office,
Mumbai.
Please arrange to release tender notice as an advertisement in
Mumbai edition of leading newspapers both in Hindi and English
and to release the same in our Bank’s website.

Terms and conditions:
1. The tender should be accompanied by earnest money of Rs.5000/(Rupees Five Thousand only) per vehicle by way of a crossed
Demand Draft / Bankers’ Cheque favoring Bank of Baroda, payable at
Mumbai.
2. Offers for each vehicle in separate sealed envelope duly super scribed
as “Offer for Vehicle No.____________” should be submitted to:

3. Offers accompanied by cheque in lieu of Demand Draft / Bankers’
cheque, will not be valid.
4. Earnest money will be forfeited if successful bidder fails to deposit
balance amount of offered price within 10 days from the date of
communication by Bank or intends to withdraw the offer subsequent to
its acceptance by the Bank.
5. Bank reserves the right not to sell any or all of the vehicles and/or to
reject any or all of the offers without assigning any reason for such
action what so ever.
6. All the vehicles will be available for examination / inspection at the given
address of our Corporate Office in Mumbai from 03.09.2014 to
05.09.2014 between 10.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs.
7. The offers should reach us on or before 15.00 hrs on 08.09.2014.
8. The bids shall be opened at 15.00 hrs on 09.09.2014.
9. The offers which do not fulfill all the conditions will not be considered.
10. On acceptance of offer, the delivery of the cars will be given to offerer,
only after Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque deposited by the offerer for
the full payment is realized.
11. The delivery of cars will be given from our office within -10- days from
the date of realization of DD / Bankers Cheque for the balance amount
of offered price.
12. All the cost and expenses in connection with the transfer of Registration
with R.T.O will be borne by the purchaser.
