Download and complete the relevant pdf application form from the website (for cash-only applications, as well as cash with other products (trading and portfolio services); and 2. Via the online origination process (for cash and trading clients only) by clicking on ‘My Clients’ and select ‘New Client’ 4 03 LOCATING A CASH CLIENT Click on ‘My Clients’ and select ‘Find Client’ 5 04 LOCATING AN ACA OR TERM DEPOSIT ACCOUNT The ‘Find Client’ page will give you the option to search, filter and sort your clients’ ACAs and Term Deposit accounts This page will list your clients’ Accelerator Cash Account and Term Deposit accounts Tick ‘Cash’ then select the ‘Account Type’ and click ‘Display’ Or use the ‘Search’ function to display specific ACA and Term Deposit Accounts ABC PTY LTD SAMPLE, MR JOHN XYZ PTY LTD TEST, MR DREW SUPER FUND SAMPLE, MS JANE This page will list your clients’ Commonwealth Accelerator Cash Account (ACA) and Term Deposit accounts 6 05 CHOOSE AN ACTION Clicking ‘Select Action’ will give you the option to view your client’s portfolio, see a summary of their account or financial transactions and transfer funds online Live account balances ABC PTY LTD SAMPLE, MR DAVID LOUIS FAMILY SMSF BANNER, MR DALE XYZ PTY LTD SIMONS, MR SAME FAMILY SMSF FUND A/C CITIZEN, MS JANE 7 06 ONLINE FUNDS TRANSFER – EXPLAINED Online Funds Transfer The Online Funds Transfer functionality enables you to conveniently mange your client’s cash flow online both quickly and securely, where you are the Primary Adviser and have a signed Authority to Operate in place. Key Features of Online Funds Transfers: • • • • Transfer funds from your clients’ accounts to any Australian bank account Transfer to nominated and non-nominated accounts Notify your clients of each transfer with automatic notification emails Keep track of every transfer via the Transfer History feature Transfer to Nominated and Non-Nominated Accounts When making an Online Funds Transfer you have the option to transfer to either a nominated or non-nominated account. Nominated accounts are perfect for any accounts you will be transferring client funds to on a regular basis while non-nominated accounts are great for one-off or irregular transfers. The benefit of nominating an account is all the account details are saved in the system, eliminating the need to enter in BSB and account details each time. Nominated accounts are also pre-approved, removing the need to authorise each transfer, allowing for a more seamless, faster transfer. Add up to 10 nominated accounts per client. How to Add a Nominated Account To add a nominated account your client must complete, sign and return a Direct Credit Nomination form. Pre-Requisites In order to use the Online Funds Transfer functionality, your client must have a valid email address recorded in our system. Please ensure this is current by having your client complete the Change of Personal Contact Details Form. You also need a valid mobile number in order to submit transfers to accounts which have not been nominated. Please ensure you have supplied a valid mobile number by clicking ‘Administration’ from the top menu and selecting ‘Adviser Details’. 8 06a ONLINE FUNDS TRANSFER – TO A NOMINATED ACCOUNT To transfer funds online to a nominated account click ‘Select Action’ and select ‘Funds Transfer’ ABC PTY LTD SIMONS, MR SAM FAMILY SMSF FUND A/C XYZ PTY LTD CITIZEN, MS JANE LOUIS FAMILY SMSF BANNER, MR DALE TEST, MS ANNA Alternatively you can navigate to the funds transfer screen by clicking ‘Administration’ located in the top menu bar and selecting ‘Funds Transfers' 9 06a ONLINE FUNDS TRANSFER – TO A NOMINATED ACCOUNT Choose the client account you wish to transfer from in the ‘From Account’ drop down list, complete the remainder of the form details and click ‘Review’ Available balance displayed here Select Transfer as the payment type To transfer to a nominated account click here Remaining online transfer limits shown here The client will automatically be notified of the transfer via email [email protected] Important: To add a nominated account the client must complete, sign and return a Direct Credit Nomination form. You can add up to 10 nominated accounts per client. 10 06a ONLINE FUNDS TRANSFER – TO A NOMINATED ACCOUNT Review the transfer details, confirm you have authorisation from the client to perform the transaction, enter your trading password and click ‘Transfer’ MR JOHN SAMPLE MR JOHN SAMPLE WBC [email protected] This box must be ticked in order for the transfer to progress Forgotten your trading password? – Click the ‘Forgot your trading password’ link to retrieve it 11 06a ONLINE FUNDS TRANSFER – TO A NOMINATED ACCOUNT The confirmation page provides the transfer status, a summary of the transfer, allows for further transfers to be made by clicking ‘New Transfer’ and provides the option to download a receipt of the transfer The status will advise if the transfer has been successful or unsuccessful MR JOHN SAMPLE MR JOHN SAMPLE [email protected] 12 06b ONLINE FUNDS TRANSFER – TO A NON-NOMINATED ACCOUNT First, select the client and navigate to the ‘Funds Transfers’ screen as per the instructions on page 9 To transfer to a non-nominated account, select ‘Enter a New Account’, complete the transfer details and click ‘Review’ To transfer to a non-nominated account, click here to enter the account details [email protected] Important: If you choose to transfer to a non-nominated ‘New Account’ the account details will not save in the system and will have to be re-entered for any future transfers to the account. To save the account details in the system permanently your client must complete, sign and return a Direct Credit Nomination form. 13 06b ONLINE FUNDS TRANSFER – TO A NON-NOMINATED ACCOUNT If your client has no nominated accounts setup, you will automatically be directed to the transfer screen for non-nominated accounts Complete the required fields and click ‘Review’ This box will appear if your client does not have any nominated accounts setup [email protected] 14 06b ONLINE FUNDS TRANSFER – TO A NON-NOMINATED ACCOUNT Review the transfer details, confirm you have authorisation from the client to perform the transaction, click ‘Send SMS’ to receive the SMS security code on your mobile phone, enter the code and click ‘Transfer’ A confirmation screen, like the one shown on page 13 will then be displayed MR JOHN SAMPLE [email protected] This box must be ticked in order for the transfer to progress The SMS security code is only required when transferring to a nonnominated account A confirmation screen, like the one shown on page 12 will then be displayed. 15 07 PAY A BILLER WITH BPAY Make BPAY transfers from your clients’ accounts to any Australian BPAY Biller To navigate to the BPAY transfer screen, follow the instructions on page 9 Choose the client account you wish to make the BPAY from in the ‘From Account’ drop down list, complete the remainder of the form details and click ‘Review’ Available balance displayed here Select BPAY as the payment type Remaining online transfer limits shown here The client will automatically be notified of the transfer via email [email protected] 16 07 PAY A BILLER WITH BPAY Review the BPAY transfer details and confirm you have authorisation from the client to perform the transaction. Click ‘Send SMS’ to receive the SMS security code on your mobile phone. Enter the code and click ‘Transfer’ to proceed. MR JOHN SAMPLE [email protected] This box must be ticked in order for the BPAY transfer to progress 17 07 PAY A BILLER WITH BPAY The confirmation page provides the BPAY transfer status, a summary of the transfer, allows for further transfers to be made by clicking ‘New Transfer’ and provides the option to download a receipt of the transfer The status will advise if the transfer has been successful or unsuccessful MR JOHN SAMPLE [email protected] 18 08 ONLINE FUNDS TRANSFER & BPAY – TRANSFER HISTORY On the Funds Transfer page, click on the ‘Transfer History’ tab to view a record of all, successful and rejected transfers Select which of your client’s accounts you would like to view Choose between viewing all, successful or rejected Online Funds and/or BPAY transfers JOHN TEST JOHN TEST JOHN TEST JOHN TEST 19 09 CATEGORISE TRANSACTIONS Categorise your clients’ transactions and easily search for transactions by keyword, transaction type, amount, date range and category filters. • To navigate to the screen, click on ‘My Clients’ and select ‘Find Client’ (as shown on page 5), then select the client you wish to view. Click the + symbol to categorise a transaction transfers 20 08 BATCH FEE COLLECTION Batch Fee Collection allows you to debit pre-agreed fees from your clients’ Accelerator Cash Accounts online when you have a signed Authority to Operate in place. Click on ‘Administration’ and select ‘Batch Fee Collection’ in the top menu 21 08 BATCH FEE COLLECTION To get started, download the ‘Admin Fee’ template (a Microsoft Excel template containing a list of all your eligible client accounts) by selecting ‘Download’ To upload the completed ‘Admin Fee’ template, click ‘Browse’, navigate to the completed ‘Admin Fee’ template on your computer and click ‘Open’. Once the file has been selected the ‘Browse’ button will change to ‘Upload’. Click ‘Upload’ This box will appear when your file has been uploaded successfully 22 08 BATCH FEE COLLECTION Batch History allows you to view the status of uploaded Batch Payments and to cancel any pending Batch Payments For a detailed record of each Batch Payment click ‘View’ To cancel a pending Batch Payment click the ‘X’ icon 23 WANT TO KNOW MORE?
