To change a nomination, a CANCELLATION form will be required (see Secretary) to be completed and submitted 3 weeks prior to the meet. 5. Once nominations have closed, cancellation and non-attendance at the swim meet will still incur the nomination fee. 6. Nominations for swim meets close 3 weeks prior to the meet.
