We will a perform 3 concerts (Winter, Arts in the
Courtyard, Spring) to showcase students’ hard
work
Other events (field trips, additional performances)

Students will have an AUDITION the first week – more
have signed up than the class can reasonably accommodate
We will a perform 3 concerts – students will learn music to
perform with their band AND percussion ensemble only

Proper individual vocal technique and group performance
Vocal care / maintenance (how to not damage your singing
voice!)
Music literacy / theory (reading music vs. just singing along!)
