Contest Overview: The “5SOS Derp Con Contest” (the “Contest”) is a contest (the “Contest”) where
participants are asked to create and submit an original Vine video through the Vine mobile application (the “Vine
App”) demonstrating “why your best friend is the biggest fan of 5 Seconds of Summer and why he/she deserves to
attend Derp Con” Videos will be reviewed and judged by Sponsor (hereinafter defined) in accordance with Section
6 to determine the one (1) grand prize winner (the “Winner”).
3.
Entry Period: The key dates for the Contest are as follows:
Contest Entry Period: Entries for the Contest must be received between 1:00:01 PM eastern time (“ET”) on
October 22, 2014 and ends at 12:59:59 PM ET on October 29, 2014 (the “Contest Period”).
Winner Selection: The Winner will be selected at or around October 31, 2014.

Eligibility: This Contest is open to individuals who are legal residents of one (1) of the forty-eight (48)
contiguous United States or District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Entry into this Contest requires both a Twitter and Vine account and entrants must have already owned or had
access to a mobile device capable of taking a video and accessing/utilizing the Vine and Twitter services
(hereinafter an “Eligible Device”) prior to entering the Contest. Entrants who are eighteen (18) but have not yet
reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside will need to obtain permission from their
parents/legal guardians in order to participate and be declared the Winner. Employees and their immediate
families (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings) of
Viacom Media Networks, a division of Viacom International Inc. (“VMN” or “Sponsor”), Capitol Records, Twitter Inc.
(“Twitter”), Vine Labs, Inc. (“Vine”), and each of their respective affiliated companies, sponsors, subsidiaries,
advertising agencies and third party fulfillment agencies (the foregoing, collectively, the “Contest Entities”) are not
eligible to enter this Contest. By participating in this Contest, entrants: (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules
and to Sponsor's Privacy Policy as published at http://www.mtv.com/sitewide/legal/privacy.jhtml and to Twitter,
Inc.’s and Vine Labs, Inc.’s terms of use and privacy policies ( https://twitter.com/privacy and
http://vine.co/privacy/), and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by the Sponsor, and by the decisions of
the Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to this Contest; (b) release and hold harmless Contest Entities
and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns, against any and all claims, injury
or damage arising out of or relating to participation in this Contest and/or use or misuse or redemption of the
Grand Prize (as hereinafter defined); and (c) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules.
5.
How To Enter: Entry requires both a Twitter and a Vine account. Registration for Twitter and Vine
are free. Vine requires downloading the free application to your mobile device from either iTunes or Google Play
and following the on-screen instructions to create a new account. Registration for Vine can be obtained by logging

into the Vine App onto your Eligible Device, from an App store where it is available (please note that at the time
these rules are being written it is currently not available for all devices and/or the Vine App features may vary
from device to device) and following the onscreen instructions to set up an account. Registration for Twitter can
be obtained by going to www.twitter.com and entering the required information to register or by downloading the
Twitter application onto your Eligible Device from the App Store where it is available, and following the
application’s onscreen instructions to open an account. You must open a non-private Twitter account to be eligible
to enter the Contest.
Using the Vine App, log into your account and create an original video telling “why your best friend is the biggest
fan of 5 Seconds of Summer and why he/she deserves to attend Derp Con”( the “Video”). In order to complete and
submit your entry, you must select the option to “share” your Video via Twitter by following MTV @mtv and
including in your tweet, and the hashtag #DERPCONMTV (the “Contest Hashtag”) and a link to these Official Rules
at http://on.mtv.com/1rqp6Cm. (Please note you must authorize your Twitter and Vine accounts to be linked in
order to do so and enter);
BY SHARING YOUR VIDEO VIA TWITTER ALONG WITH THE SPONSOR-SPECIFIED TWEET AND A LINK TO THESE
OFFICIAL RULES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. You are required to follow
the Official MTV Twitter account located at http://www.twitter.com/MTV so you can see the Winner’s
announcement tweet to see if you’ve won (pending verification) in addition to the winner notification described in
Section 6 below. Please note that if you do not respond to the Winner’s notification described in Section 6, you will
be disqualified and another Winner may be selected. You must post the Tweet exactly as it appears above
during the Contest to count as one (1) entry. One (1) entry per person allowed. Automated tweets or tweets
sent via a bot will be disqualified. All entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be hereinafter
referred to as “Eligible Entries”.
In the event of a dispute over who submitted an entry, the authorized subscriber of the Twitter account (as
applicable) used to participate in the Contest at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The
authorized account subscriber is defined as the natural person who is assigned a Twitter account by Twitter. All
Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All entries must comply with
the Vine Terms of Service [http://vine.co/terms] and the Twitter Terms of Service [https://twitter.com/tos]
Creating multiple Twitter accounts in order to exceed the limits on entries permitted by these Official Rules may
result in the disqualification of all entries from such accounts. Important note: If your Twitter account is set to
“protected mode,” your updates/responses may not be visible in Sponsor’s @MTV inbox and may not thus be
received by Sponsor unless you previously consented to permit Sponsor to see the your Twitter updates. Note:
Since you are using Twitter and/or Vine from your Eligible Device (which may only be available via certain
participating wireless carriers) in order to gain entry, message and data rates may apply. Further, other charges
may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges), as well as charges for any messages sent and/or received
from your Eligible Device. Please check your service plan. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should
contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your
participation in this Contest. Participation in this Contest by mobile device means that you understand that you
may receive additional messages by mobile device relating to this Contest, which may be subject to charges
pursuant to your carrier's rate plan. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your phone’s
capabilities for specific instructions. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY AND ALL MATERIALS AND METADATA
SUBMITTED FOR THIS CONTEST MAY BE UPLOADED TO A CONTEST GALLERY AND MAY BE PUBLICLY

Entrant agrees that: (a) he/she has all rights to the contents of his/her Video and all components thereof, and that
entrant has obtained all rights, consents and permission, including but not limited to those of persons

participating/appearing in the Video, necessary to grant the rights granted herein; (b) the Video does not and will
not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; (c) the Video is free and clear of any liens or claims with
respect to the use of the Video in the manner authorized herein and will not give rise to any claims of infringement,
invasion of privacy or publicity or claims, or infringe on any rights or interests of any third party, or give rise to any
claims for any payment whatsoever, including but not limited to claims for re-use fees or residuals; and (d) the
Video are not and will not be defamatory, trade libelous, pornographic or obscene.
Entrant agrees that by entering into this Contest his/she is granting Sponsor (and any and all of Sponsor’s’
subsidiaries and affiliates and affiliated broadcast stations and networks, successors and assignees and licensees)
the non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable right and license, but not the obligation, to exhibit, broadcast, copy,
reproduce, encode, compress, encrypt, incorporate data into, edit, dub, superimpose, rebroadcast, transmit, record,
publicly perform and distribute and synchronize in timed relation to visual elements, the Video and/or any
portions or excerpts thereof, in any manner, an unlimited number of times, in any and all media, now known or
hereafter devised for any purpose, throughout the universe, in perpetuity. Sponsor may use the Video to advertise,
promote and publicize, the Contest, Sponsor, VMN’s worldwide programming services and/or VMN’s websites in
any and all media throughout the universe and may authorize others to do so; such advertising, promotion and
publicity may include portions and excerpts, in addition to cut-in, synchronized, dubbed and superimposed
versions of the Video. The undersigned acknowledges that Sponsor may use the Recordings in accordance with the
permission granted herein without any payment to the undersigned or any third party.
Entrants agree that Videos shall not contain, include or involve any of the following:

Obscenity

Infringing music or other content

Crude, vulgar or offensive pictures, depictions, images, language and/or symbols

Gang signs or symbols

Violence

Explicit sexual activity

Nudity

Illegal drug or alcohol use

Commercial products (e.g., clothing, toys, food) and/or their trademarks, brands, logos or
endorsements

Unauthorized trademarks and copyrighted material (e.g., music, fake Oscar statuettes, etc.)

License plates, phone numbers, personal addresses – physical or email or otherwise

Website or web page links

Any other persons appearing recognizably other than the entrant

Derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual or religious groups, humiliate
other people (publicly or otherwise), any assault or threatening of others

Trespass or the violation of other people’s rights or property

Illegal (e.g., discriminatory, harassing) or inappropriate activity, behavior or conduct (e.g.,
inflicting emotional distress)

Conduct or activities in violation of these Official Rules

Any other content, display, materials and/or images that is or could be considered
inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion
Videos containing content which endorse or condone illegal drug use or alcohol abuse are not allowed. Narcotic
addiction and alcohol abuse should only be depicted as self-destructive, anti-social behavior. Videos should not
promote, glamorize or show as socially acceptable, the use of illegal drugs or the abuse of legal drugs. Videos
containing explicit, graphic or excessive sexual activity are not allowed. When sexual themes are key to the
meaning or intent of Videos, they must be depicted with consistent regard for commonly accepted standards of
taste and propriety. Videos containing gratuitous violence are unacceptable. Violence, if depicted, must be essential
to the development of a theme, plot or concept of the Videos. Violence may not be used to stimulate the audience or
to invite imitation, nor may it be shown or offered as an acceptable solution to problem or conflict. Exceptional
care must be taken in instances where women and children are victims of, or are threatened by, acts of violence.
Language and themes contained in Videos will be evaluated by Sponsor based on content and societal acceptability.
Sponsor is not obligated to, use, publish, display or broadcast any Videos submitted with an entry. Entrant
acknowledges that Sponsor will rely on such entrant’s agreement and compliance with these Official Rules when
entrant submits or attempts to submit the entry. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any entries that it deems, in
its sole discretion, to violate any of its “Standards and Practices” policies or the terms and conditions set forth in
these Official Rules. Sponsor may modify or edit any materials related to a Contest entry or request entrants to do
so, so that such materials meet such guidelines.
In submitting an entry into this Contest, each entrant agrees to, confirms and represents to Sponsor that neither
he/she nor anyone else has engaged or taken part in (or induced or encouraged anyone else to do so) in any
activity or conduct in connection with this Contest that: (i) may or is likely to harm or create a risk of harm,
physical or mental injury, emotional distress, death, disability, disfigurement, or physical or mental illness to any
person, other living thing or any property; (ii) may or is likely to create a risk of any other loss or damage to
person, living things or property; (iii) is or may constitute a crime, unlawful or non-consensual activities (e.g.,
conduct that could lead to criminal prosecution), tortious conduct (e.g., conduct that could lead to civil
prosecution) or the violation or infringement of the rights of any other party; or (z) violates any of the terms or
conditions of these Official Rules.
Entries that are not original to entrant that have been performed by anyone other than entrant will be disqualified.
All materials submitted as part of an entry must be comprised only of original elements created by entrant and
may not contain elements which are/have been created, developed, copyrighted, trademarked and/or patented by
third parties or which are owned or subject to proprietary or licensing rights of or by an entity other than
entrant(s) personally and in their individual capacity(ies).
6.
Winner Selection and Notification. Eligible Entries will be judged by a panel of judges comprised of
representatives from MTV (the “Judges”) who will judge the Eligible Entries based in equal parts on (a) originality,
(b) creativity and (c) persuasiveness (collectively, the “Judging Criteria”) to select the one (1) Winner. Sponsor will
make up to one (1) attempt over the twenty-four (24) hour period following the potential Winner’s selection to
contact the potential Winner via Winner’s Twitter account and via tweets from http://www.twitter.com/MTV. If a
potential Winner does not respond within forty eight hours of being contacted, such potential Winner will be
disqualified and an alternate Winner will be selected from among the remaining applicable Eligible Entries
received. This process will be repeated until a potential Winner responds, as time permits, in Sponsor’s sole
discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate potential Winner from among the Eligible Entries
received in the event that a potential Winner fails to comply with these Official Rules.

The final determination of the Winner and the application of the Judging Criteria shall be in the sole and absolute
discretion of the Judges. To the extent permitted by law, the Contest Entities and Judges disclaim any liability from,
and all entrants, whether or not a potential Winner, agree to waive, any claims against the Contest Entities and
Judges relating to the judging or awarding process. Sponsor reserves the right to delay the announcement of the
Winner in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct phone interviews with any entrant in order to
clarify any information in his or her entry. Sponsor reserves the right to extend any portion of the Contest or to not
select a Winner if it determines, in its sole discretion that some or all of the Eligible Entries received did not meet
the minimum qualification standards based on the Judging Criteria specified herein.
7.
Winner’s Verification: The potential Winner must prove eligibility, including, without limitation, proof of
age and residence, social security or resident alien identification number, within twenty-four (24) hours of being
notified as the potential Winner. In the event of non-compliance by the potential Winner such potential Winner
shall be disqualified and all privileges otherwise due as the Winner shall be terminated and an alternate potential
Winner may be chosen from among all of the remaining Eligible Entries received, if time permits, in Sponsor’s sole
discretion. Winner must sign within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of such documents from Sponsor: (a) an
affidavit of eligibility and release of Sponsor and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, members,
affiliated companies and subsidiaries, from any and all liability, loss, claims, demands, and causes of action for
personal injury and/or damage, theft, loss, or any other harm suffered in connection with this Contest and (b)
except where prohibited, a promotional release granting Sponsor the right to use their name and likeness,
signature, voice and biography for advertising and publicity purpose without additional compensation. Winner
agrees to the foregoing and in addition Winner agrees to obtain, upon request of Sponsor any additional
documentation and releases necessary to prove his/her unrestricted ownership in all materials contained in
his/her entry and Sponsor’s right to use such entry, in whole or in part, without limitation in all media and for any
purpose whatsoever without compensation or further obligation to the Winner. Entry into this Contest constitutes
entrant agreement to sign such releases. In addition, if selected as the Winner, entrant must also complete any
additional legal documents provided by Sponsor (or third party on its behalf, if applicable) with respect to the
Grand Prize awarded and return them as instructed within the time frame specified by Sponsor or Winner may
forfeit the prize at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to delay the announcement of the
Winner for creative or technical reasons or for any other reason Sponsor deems necessary. The affidavit of
eligibility provided prior to the receipt of the Grand Prize must be complete and must include Winner’s social
security or resident alien identification number.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A POTENTIAL WINNER (AS DETERMINED IN SPONSOR’S SOLE
DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH POTENTIONAL WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CONTEST AND
ALL PRIVILEGES AS THE WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
8.
Grand Prize (1): The Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA to attend the 2014 Derp Con
event (the “Event”) which includes: (a) round-trip coach airfare for Winner and his/her one (1) guest (the “Guest”)
between a gateway airport in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States nearest Winner’s primary home and
Los Angeles, CA (If Winner resides within a 150 mile radius of Los Angeles, CA, airfare for Winner and Guest will
be replaced with ground transportation); (b) two (2) nights hotel accommodations at the designated Derp Con
hotel (as determined by Sponsor and Capitol Records and which includes one standard room based on double
occupancy, room and tax only), (c) a “meet and greet” 5 Seconds of Summer, (d) one (1) pair of tickets to be used
by Winner and his/her one (1) Guest to attend the Event and the 5 Seconds of Summer concert at the Forum in
Inglewood, CA on November 15, 2014and (e) roundtrip ground transfers to/from the Event (collectively, the
“Grand Prize”).

Trip fulfillment is subject to availability and airline seat availability. The trip may not be sold, traded, transferred,
refunded, commissioned or redeemed for cash value elements may not be substituted by Winner. Winner is
responsible for: travel insurance; meals, beverages; local and long distance telephone calls; communications
including internet; merchandise and souvenirs; incidental expenses; additional tips and gratuities; income and
other taxes; transportation between his/her home and the departure airport; and all other costs and expenses not
otherwise mentioned herein. The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,000.00 (USD) and
the total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Contest is $3,000.00 (USD). The actual final retail value of the
Grand Prize may be higher or lower based on point of departure. Any difference between the final value and the
approximate retail value will not be awarded. Grand Prize elements may be subject to additional restrictions.
Winner and his/her Guest must travel together on specified itinerary. All travel dates and arrangements are
subject to change based on availability and provider’s approval. Any portion of the Grand Prize not accepted by the
Winner will be forfeited. If Grand Prize is forfeited, and there is sufficient time to determine and notify an alternate
Winner, the Grand Prize may be awarded to an alternate Winner. Winner and his/her Guest are responsible for
obtaining all proper documentation prior to travel. Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest must present valid U.S.
Government issued photo ID’s to partake in Grand Prize and meet any other travel requirements of airline and/or
hotel (at Sponsor’s sole discretion). Winner and his/her Guest are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary
travel documents, including proof of identification. Guest must complete and return a Liability and Publicity
Release prior to travel. Guest traveling with Winner must be at least the age of majority at time of travel. No prize
substitution permitted by Winner. A potential Winner is not a recipient of prize until he/she has been verified as the
Winner by the Sponsor. Upon finalizing all travel arrangements for Winner and his/her Guest, Sponsor and Capitol
Records will be deemed to have awarded prize to the Winner and Winner assumes full responsibility for his or her
prize. If for any reason whatsoever, Winner is unable to travel after all arrangements have been made and paid,
Sponsor and Capitol Records shall have no further obligation to him/her. Sponsor and Capitol Records are not
responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with
respect to the prizing. Winner will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state or local taxes on the
Grand Prize based upon the value of the prizes as set forth in these Official Rules and will be issued an IRS form
1099 for the value as published in these Official Rules. The “meet and greet” portion of the Grand Prize is subject to
talent availability. If the “meet and greet” portion of the Grand Prize is canceled for any reason, Sponsor shall have
no further obligation to the Winner other than to supply the remaining portions of the Grand Prize as described .
Any details related to the Grand Prize not specified herein shall be determined.by Sponsor and Capitol Records in
their sole discretion. The tentative date for fulfillment of the Grand Prize is by November 18, 2014 however such
date is subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of the Grand
Prize or any portion thereof is permitted, except by Sponsor and Capitol Records, in which case a prize of
comparable or greater value may be awarded.
9.
General Terms: Noncompliance with any of these Official Rules may result in disqualification. ANY
VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER OR ANY BEHAVIOR BY THE WINNER THAT WILL BRING
WINNER OR ANY OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES INTO DISREPUTE (AS DETERMINED BY THE AFFECTED CONTEST
ENTITY IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS THE WINNER OF THE
CONTEST AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS THE WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Contest Entities assume no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by any of
the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest or by any human error which may occur
in the processing of the entries or the votes in this Contest. Contest Entities are not responsible for any problems or
technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer
equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the
Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, or any incomplete, lost, late, delayed, misdirected or
garbled votes or failure to receive votes, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to participant's or any

other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest.
Contest Entities are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration
of the Contest, or in the announcement of the Grand Prize or the Winner. If, for any reason, the Contest is not
capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, changes in VMN’s programming, infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond
the control of Contest Entities which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper
conduct of this Contest or for any reason that the Contest Entities deem it necessary, Sponsor reserves the right in
its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, and to determine the Winner in its sole
discretion. Should the Contest be modified or terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted
on the Contest Website and the Grand Prize may be awarded to a winner to be selected from among all Eligible
Entries received up until and/or after (if applicable) the time of modification, cancellation or termination, or in a
manner that is fair and equitable as determined by Sponsor. All interpretations of these Official Rules by Sponsor
and decisions of Sponsor are final. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it
suspects or finds: (a) to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; (b) to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or
disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or (c) to have provided
inaccurate information on any legal documents submitted in connection with this Contest.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION
OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE,
SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW. THE NEW YORK COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY
CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE CONTEST AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK SHALL GOVERN THE
CONTEST. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS
AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS.
entrants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless each of the Contest Entities and each of their respective
affiliated companies, parents, sponsors, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, members (collectively,
the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all liabilities., claims, suits, losses, damages, expenses and
costs (including, but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting or arising from: (i) the Contest, (ii) any
breach or violation of any representation, warranty, obligation or covenant made by each entrant herein, (iii) the
acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of the Grand Prize (or any portion thereof); or (iv) participating in
or traveling to any Contest-related activity; and each entrant agrees to release all rights to bring any claim, action
or proceeding against the Indemnified Parties, and hereby acknowledge that the Indemnified Parties have neither
made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or
implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Grand Prize.
Past experience has confirmed that contests and other competitions generate substantially similar submissions or
entries which closely resemble concepts and ideas that have been independently developed by any one or more of
the Contest Entities before or after the Contest. Accordingly, entrants may subsequently see a presentation by any
one or more of the Contest Entities which seemingly incorporates an idea or concept or includes materials similar
to that contained in their entries. Any similarity is purely coincidental and unavoidable in light of the volume of
ideas which the Contest Entities routinely consider in the course of their business. Because of this possibility,
entrants hereby agree to submit their entries under the following terms and conditions: (i) that each of the Contest
Entities may use any ideas, concepts, material, in whole or in part, contained in an entry, (ii) that all physical
materials submitted become the property of VMN and will not be returned; (iii) that all materials submitted are
free from any lien or claim by anyone, including, but not limited to any union, guild or performance rights society;
(iv) entrants have obtained all rights, permissions and licenses necessary for each of the Contest Entities to use the
Recordings for any purpose; (v) that no Recording to or any part thereof infringes any trademark or copyright or

otherwise violates anyone’s right of privacy or publicity; and (vi) entrants indemnify and hold harmless each of the
Contest Entities and their respective parent companies, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims,
suits, losses damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from any breach of the
foregoing conditions.

Con Contest”, New York, NY 10036. Please note on the front left hand corner of your outer envelope whether you
are requesting “Official Rules” or the names of the “Winner”. Vermont residents may omit return postage if
requesting a set of Official Rules. All requests for a copy of the Official Rules and for the name of the Winner must
be made by December 31, 2014.
