ENTRY DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 28, 2014 Judging Posters will first be judged regionally by the six Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Land Offices. Ribbons will be awarded to the first three places and honorable mentions will be recognized in each division. These winners will be announced by their regional land offices and their posters will advance to the statewide competition. All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.
