2014 Chapter Master Report

Welcome to the New 2014 Chapter Master Report (CMR) The Master Questionnaire and Chapter Achievement report have been combined into the new Chapter Master Report. The 2014 Chapter Master Report-‐CMR is available on the Members’ Website. It is located at: http://members.dar.org/CMR or on the e-‐Membership Website http://emembership.dar.org. The questions and format will be similar to previous years. The deadline of Feb 1, 2015 Eastern Time will stay the same. TO ACCESS THE CHAPTER MASTER REPORT ( CMR) An easy step by step process http://members.dar.org/CMR or http://emembership.dar.org – Updates – Chapter Master Report (CMR) All four sections will be displayed-‐ Membership/Administrative, Patriotic, Historic and Educational. Click & answer all questions for each committee-‐ remembering to save as you go. The chapter regent, with the aid of her officers & chairs, is responsible for answering the CMR. A webinar on the use of the CMR is available on the Members’ Website (http://members.dar.org) under the DAR Leadership Training committee. Additional instructions are also available on the Members’ Website under Help Desk-‐Tutorials. Locating your pin number – Pin numbers can be obtained from the chapter regent, first vice-‐regent, registrar or treasurer through eMembership. Go to http://emembership.dar.org -‐ log in-‐ sign in. Click Updates. Click Chapter Master Report (CMR). Your pin access code will be displayed under “My Chapter Summary”. CHAPTER ACHIEVEMENT– Listed under Membership/Administrative. Fill in Sections 1-‐8. Click the save tab-‐ your totals can be viewed. Since electronic submission of the Chapter Achievement Award form is preferred, any of the chapter officers would be able to complete and send electronically this information. Information may be edited or updated to the CAA form anytime up until the deadline of Feb 1, 2015. Always click to save your entry. However, a downloadable Word document of the CAA in paper form is located on the DAR Members’ Website, http://members.dar.org. MASTER QUESTIONNAIRE-‐ There is a downloadable Word document of the MQ located on the DAR Members’ Website ( http://members.dar.org) under: Forms and Publications/Miscellaneous/Master Questionnaire. This document is intended to help chapters complete the CMR which is done electronically. Any chapter member(s) that are given the pin by their chapter may access and assist with the completion of the CMR. The deadline is Feb 1, 2015 Eastern Time. Chapters should answer EVERY committee page. If your chapter has no report for a specific committee, indicate “No Report”. This will allow the State Regent & state chairs to determine that all chapters have reported. Please mail paper attachments, such as newsletters or clippings directly to the appropriate state chair. Once your chapter has completed the CMR, you are done !
