E-Tendering in all Units of DAE (Update – 25.11.14)
DAE entered into an agreement with M/s. ITI Ltd. for implementation of E-Tendering
through DAE Portal of TENDERWIZARD in its various Units and aided institutions. DCSEM
already commenced E-Tendering w.e.f. 01.07.2011. Most Units, Aided Institutions and
Autonomous bodies of the Department have implemented E-T/E-P under this Agreement.
For Participating in the E-Tendering / E-Procurement of the Department, Prospective
agencies shall need following two requisites:
A. ANNUAL ENROLMENT ON DAE PORTAL OF TENDERWIZARD
B. DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE
A. PROCEDURE FOR ENROLMENT:

Log on to our website www.tenderwizard.com/DAE
Go To the link “ENROLMENT” on Home page.
Fill-up the HTML Form and upload following docs. (* marked fields are mandatory).
Certificate of incorporation OR VAT Certificate OR Service tax certificate (Which supports the
Agency’s name).
b) PAN CARD (Company/Individual).
c) Company Turnover Certificate (issued by CA) OR latest Profit and Loss statement showing turnover
of the Agency.
d) Request ON Agency’s Letter Head to M/s. ITI Ltd. for enabling profile.
NOTES:
i) Foreign Agencies to provide TAX-ID with Request letter in their Letter Head instead of PAN CARD.
ii) All the supporting documents should be attested by authorized person of the Agency.
4. Once required documents are uploaded, click “Finish upload”.
5. Pay Annual Enrolment Fee as under:

6. On enrolment as above, your LOG-IN USER ID & PASSWORD will be activated for the
DAE Portal of TENDERWIZARD site. Also an unlimited web-space is made available
as Library to store your documents for use in tendering process.
7. Now you will be able to Log-in into the Site by using your Digital Signature Certificate
(e-Token), for downloading/uploading your documents and other tendering activities.
B. PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE :
1. For logging the Tenderwizard e-tendering web-site Agency to posses Class – 3
Digital Signature Certificate (DSC / e-Token) from any one of the authorized agency
like: TCS, MTNL, e-Mudhra, (n)Code Solution (GNFC), Safescript, Customs & Central
Exercise, IDRBT, NIC for Govt. Deptt.) etc.
2. For convenience of the agencies, arrangement has been made as an option, to provide
DSC of e-Mudhra from ITI Unit Help-desk at the respective Unit. The agencies may
contact Local representative of ITI for the purpose.
3. Procedural requirement for obtaining e-Mudhra Class-3 DSC:
a)
Log on to website www.tenderwizard.com/DAE.
b) On Home page click “DOWNLOAD” – “General” – “Forms for obtaining DSC”.
c) Download the required Form. Fill-up all the details as per guidelines. Sign across
the photograph and submit it to ITI Help Desk alongwith payment for DSC as under:
