The tender will be issued from the date of publishing in Newspapers upto 19-05-2014 till 2.00 P.M and will be received back on
20-05-2014 upto 2.00 P.M and opened on same day @ 3.00 P.M under chairmanship of Superintending Engineer (Works & Services)
Department Mirpurkhas, other committee members and intending contractors or their authorized representatives.
Incase of the tenders remained un-responded the same will be again issued upto 05-06-2014 and will be received back
upto 06-06-2014 @ 2.00 P.M and will be opened on same day at 3.00 P.M
.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Conditional Tenders and tenders without accompanying of the bid price @ 2% as mentioned against each works shall not
be considered.

In case of undesirable circumstances on submission / opening date & time or if Government declares Holiday the tender shall be
submitted / opened on the next working day at the same time & venue.

The Successful bidder will be required to submit 10% performance security of contract price as per SPPR 2010 in form of
Pay order, demand draft or Bank guarantee.
The Call Deposit of un-successful bidders will be released after signature of contract documents by successful Bidder.
“The procuring agency may reject all or any bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal,
subject to the relevant provision of SPP Rules 2010”..
NTN certificate which will be verified from central Income Tax Department.
