To make the most of your day trips grant,
Family Fund use an attractions card which
will be sent to you following your award letter.
This card allows you to choose a trip to
an attraction from the list below.

What next?
Please fill out the form enclosed in this leaflet and return to us at:
Family Fund, 4 Alpha Court, Monks Cross Drive, Huntington, York, YO32 9WN
You will then receive your award letter outlining the amount you will
receive on your attractions card. The card will follow in a separate
letter, you must activate your card before going on your day trip.
To activate your card
1.Visit www.flexecash.com or
call the Family Fund card phone
line 0844 7709 015. Follow the
instructions you will be given.
The card activation service is
available 24 hours a day, 365
days a year. Please make sure
that you have your pin number
from your award letter before
you call.

Enter the 19 digit card number.
This can be found on the front
of your Family Fund card.

Enter the pin number. This is
the four digit number that you
will find in the award method
section on your grant award
letter. This is not your Family
Fund number.
5.
Once activated, please keep
your card in a safe place.

cardholder and then option 1
to activate your card. Follow
the instructions given.
Lost your pin number?
If you lose your pin number,
visit the Family Fund website and
fill out our online contact form

contactus or call the Family Fund
on 01904 621115. Alternatively,
you can email us: info@familyfund.
org.uk. You should ask for a copy
of your award letter to be sent to
you. Please note that we cannot
confirm your pin by email.
Using your card
Once activated, you can then
use your card at any of the listed
attractions. You simply turn up to the
attraction and use for entry to the
park. You must take your card with
you and it must already be activated.
If you do not use the full amount
on the card for entrance into the
park, you may be able to use the
remaining value at shops and
restaurants within the chosen
attraction. Do check this before
you go by contacting the park in
advance. If you still have money left
on the card after your day trip, you
can use this towards another day out
to a park on the list of attractions.
Frequently asked questions
How long do I have to use my
attractions card? You must
activate and use the card within
12 months of receiving your
grant award letter.
Do I have to use the full amount
in one go? No, you can use any
remaining value after your day
trip towards another day out. The
attractions card can only be used
at the parks listed in this leaflet.
Can any member of my family use
the attractions card? No, only the
main carer is permitted to use it.
Misuse of the card
may result in it
being withdrawn.
What if I do not want to use the
grant at the listed attractions?
If you do not wish to use your
day trips grant at one of the listed
attractions, please tell us where
you would like to use the grant
by filling out the Day Trips grant
form. Please note that the value
we can offer is lower than if you
choose a park or attraction listed.
This is because we use a contracted
supplier for day trips to the listed
parks and attractions, and they can
offer a better deal to our families.
