Expansys Customers
DOA (dead on arrival) and breakdown during the 1 year warranty period
- The warranty applies only to refurbished handsets, non-refurbished handsets and devices within
the 14 days returns period are excluded
- Should a refurbished handset be DOA, or encounter a fault during the 1st year, it has to be shipped
to Lagoona headquarters in a timely manner for the warranty procedure to be put in place.
- The customer should identify and explain the issue faced. Should no issue be specified, the product
will not be accepted under the warranty procedure.
- LAGOONA SARL commits to handle returned products within 15 working days. Should the product
meet the criteria specified above, and the issue is confirmed, the handset will be either repaired or
replaced.
- Should the handset not be from LAGOONA original stock, it will be returned back to the customer in
the state that it was received.
- Any refurbished handsets which have any of the following are excluded from the warranty: Visibly
broken handsets, devices with traces of water or fire, opened devices, presence of pirated software
- Had the phone been locked with an APPLE ID or unlock code, such code should be stated together
with the return reason. If not, the phone will be sent back unprocessed to the customer.
The 1 year warranty starts at the date the handset is invoiced by Expansys. No product will be
accepted under warranty after the 1 year period.
